Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThere was a smell of dust in the room, but otherwise all was well
I was able to book last minute and check in late as well due to a flight delay. The staff worked hard to communicate with me even though I didn't speak much Japanese. Check-out was easy, and the room was fully furnished for my stay.

MalaysiaMaybe prepare a shuttle to the train station. It is tough to walk to the station in the early morning cold.
The rooms are relatively bigger than the ones we have been staying in the past. I like the fact that their bathroom are not the modular type. Location is ideal as it is close tk the airport, perfect if you have an early morning flight. The hotel is situated 1km away from the train station so it is a good distance for walking. Huge hotel which kinda looks like a warehouse from the outside.

CanadaWe had to ask for another room, because as soon as we opened the door, we could smell cigarettes very clearly. The hotel is non smoking, but looks like this is not always respected or enforced. The cleaning staff could have reported it to the management. Rules say you can't eat in the room; there's a kettle but no utensils. There was a large group of middle aged Koreans staying in the rooms near ours, they were extremely loud, literally screaming at each other with the doors to their rooms open to the hallway. They also woke up very early, around 6 a.m.
The room was nice and clean, the hotel a 10 minute walk from the train station. Very conveniently close to the KIX airport for those catching early flights out of this airport, it's just a 15-20 minute train ride. There's a large supermarket across the street. There's a breakfast offered downstairs, for an additional cost. WiFi works well and is very fast.

Hong KongOne of the quilt cover smelled tiger blam....from the last visitor?
We stayed one night after landed in Osaka late at night. The place was comfortable and got everything you needed. They even got a convenient shop inside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Because we couldn't speak Japanese, we asked one of the ladies from the front desk who can speak Mandarin helped us to contact our next accommodation. Supermarket and convenient stores are within walking distance. Train station is 15/20 minutes away but easy to walk to if you don't have too many luggage.

New ZealandStaff did not feel very friendly both upon leaving suitcases upon initial arrival and check-in. Upon our actual check-in in the afternoon, nothing was explained to us including that breakfast was included with our booking. Signage around the hotel seems to indicate that there was a laundry room previously in the hotel but when you actually try look for it, it has a sign saying "staff only" which can be a little bit confusing. There is also a hotel bus but no indications on how it is used or where it goes or if it is even for guest usage, considering we only saw it parked up in the morning and afternoon. There's also signage in the room itself advising that you're not allowed any food in the room, which can be a bit difficult and contradictory considering the on-site restaurant is only open for breakfast and your closest options are either the supermarket or the one restaurant in the immediate area. There is an unmanned convenience store on site but again, if food is not allowed in rooms then makes it confusing how this works.
Location wise a bit far out from most places, a good 10-15 minute walk to Rinku Premium Outlet and 10 minutes away from any convenience stores but does make up for this with a supermarket right when you leave the hotel premises. Room was incredibly spacious, the most spacious we'd had in Japan although makes sense considering it's a triple room. The best we could get for a last minute booking.
