We love this apt. The space is not big, but is enough for family of 4. Everything here works well incl washing machine, heater/AC. Location is very prime next to 7/11, yoshinoya, mos burger, Daimaru shinsabashi that has decent supermarket, food court, shake shack burger. My kiss loved these. The communication w/ the apt is great. We definitely coming back.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartment Hotel 11 Shinsaibashi III.The location was excellent - surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants, and just a few minutes’ walk to the heart of Shinsaibashi. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.

The pillows could be improved. It was a bit stiff and not comfortable on the neck. The name of the hotel is also a bit confusing. Taxis, car for hires, go to a different branch. You need to make sure you have the correct branch.

I love that the hotel is right in front of an entrance going to the subway for the train station. The room is bigger than usual hotels in Japan. The room is spotless, even the fire exit stairs and the hallway. The sheets are clean and the beds are comfortable. The room is complete with refrigerator, microwave and sink.

Lack of/no cleaning services but managed to catch the cleaners and got a few fresh towels.

Excellent location - 200m to nagahoribashi station and another couple minutes walks in other direction to shinsaibashi station. Well connected to other attractions (no more than a few stops away). Plenty of restaurants around the area too.

We loved that it was so roomy with a washing machine in the room. The location was great! Short walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street, lift down to the train station just outside the building, and plenty of convenience stores close by.

No housekeeping tho.We have to clear our own rubbish but its okay.

Its spacious for a family of 4. There is no staff/reception. We reached late and find difficulties in doing check in but the staff are well and fast responded when we contacted. Convenient stores nearby. They even have mos burger and yoshinoya just downstairs.
