1) Washing and dryer machine was not powerful enough to dry the clothes (took a few hours). 2) The laundry room was *not* cleaned enough: there was powder remains on the shelf when I checked in. I needed to clean it by myself.

Excellent location, mostly a clean apartment. Like the provided knife (a new one), kitchenware and the nice mugs in the kitchen.

I did not enjoy that much that there is no reception service whatsoever and that storage is only available without surveillance in the lobby, however, since Japan is very safe and the door entrance regulated with key access that is not a big problem if you do not leave too expensive valuables. The room was less nice than the Apartment Hotel 11 in Namba but it was still a vedy good deal, I can recommend.

It‘s great to be able to do self check-in. The bed and rooms was really comfortable and convenient. The location is rather good although overall, I clearly preferred Apartment Hotel 11 Namba, including for its location. The place is clean, tidy and the equipment is good. The bed is comfortable.

In the changing room there are no wall hooks to hang clothes which is a bit inconvenient but not a big issue for us. Hope the apartment can provide a simple luggage locker in the lobby.

The apartment is located at the prime location of Osaka shopping and entertainment district. The subway station is nearby and the convenience store is just the next few steps away. The room is clean, just the right size for 3 people and the beds are comfortable. The message reply is quick as well.

I was looking forward to free coffee 24/7 like that of the place we stayed in Tokyo. No complimentary drinking water as well.

The place was clean, secure and near subway / train stations. Though no hotel staff was onsite, the management ensured that we had supplies stored in the building if we needed replacements or additional items (e.g. towels, laundry soap, etc.).

When we arrived, I couldn't find the entrance to the Hotel building as the name on the building and the name in booking.com is different. My suggestion is to add the words: "ウエリーサ VELYSE Shinsaibashi" ...which is shown at the Hotel front entrance wall, into your booking.com details so people will know when they have arrived at the correct location, as people like me, can only read English words. LOL.

Everything was perfect. From the booking to the check-out. This is a New Hotel and I hope it stays the same way always. The staff helped to arrange all my 3 Rooms to be on the same floor as I had kids and elder folk. Upon arrival, it felt like a mystery puzzle game. We were given a set of codes to turn the letterbox dial to retrieve our room keys. It was fun ☺️. Rooms are clean and neat and simple, and no bugs in sight, not even a spider. Beds are comfortable, however the pillows can get flatten after a while, but doubling it, makes it too high... LOL. Each room has 2 double beds which can fit 4 pax, maybe a family of 4 (2 adults with 2 kids would be just nice because there is little space for luggage). Each Bed has its own USB & socket for charging your Mobile Handphones. Each room is equipped with a full kitchenette (basin, stove & hob, kettle, fridge, plates, bowls, pot & pan, cooking utensils as well as normal utensils & cups, etc). Two of the rooms have a dining area plus 2 high chairs, other one room only has 2 high chairs over a countertop table. Each Bathroom has a shower & bathtub and washing machine (laundry detergent is provided as well as Body wash, Shampoo, Conditioner and Hand soap plus enough Bath and Face Towels). The Toilet is separated which is good. Bedroom slippers, sleeping robes, hangers provided as well. Overall, I love the rooms of this Hotel. The location is also the best (which I didn't know, LOL) It is near the heart of Shinsaibashi district, it is where I wanted to go in the first place for shopping, sightseeing of the Glico man, street side eateries and many more. Just outside the hotel, there is a 7-11 and Mosburger on the right side and on the left side there is a corner Ramen noodles shop (only cash allowed) which serves delicious food. Domino's Pizza is just on the right side behind an alleyway. There is an ATM within the 7-11 so it's very convenient if you need cash.

Seemed a bit sterile and soulless. No pictures on the walls, no decorations and no staff around, has a balcony but no nice view and bathroom seemed more like student accommodation.

Clean and comfortable, close to subway and Dotonbori (maybe 10 mins walk), loads of restaurants around the area. Subway line directly takes you to Shin-Osaka station so very convenient.

The room was just too small. It was as described and pictured on the site, but the space was not well-planned. There is not enough room to have several suitcases that can be opened comfortably. For our family of four, we were constantly dodging each other. The mattresses and pillows were also very uncomfortable for us, stiff and scratchy. Everyone’s taste is different, but we didn’t enjoy staying here and ended up checking out 3 days early.
