There are rooms for improvements. This is my first time using this type of self-check in hotel, so I wasn’t familiar with the process. We were a bit lost when we arrived as there are several same hotels (named as no 1,2,3) in the same area and we went to the wrong one. The online chat may need to respond quicker to resolve issues we had, especially we arrived at late night. Although the room was really awesome, the plastic panel of the air con fell down and nearly hit my sister, and we also couldn’t figure out how to use the laundry machine. The tv controller is out of battery. Nevertheless we were still very happy with our stay, it is so much better than the normal hotel.

The location is super convenient, close to metro stations and the main shopping areas. The room is very spacious and clean, with well equipped kitchen. The beds are super comfortable and there are air cons and heating system (with flooring heating). Everything was great for our stay.

We are satisfied with the accommodation, but it would be great if a few things can be improved: 1) The door to balcony is not covered by curtain so it’s VERY bright at night. Please consider adding curtain to block the light from outside 🙏 thank you 2) There’s a decoration lamp hanging down from ceiling and it’s quite low so my bf kept bumping into it hahaha

1) We love the heater in bathroom the most👍👍👍It keeps us safe in such a freezing cold weather and provides us hot and dry clothes to wear everyday. Life savior for sure! The bathroom is definitely our favorite place to stay after a long day walk 2) This accommodation is well equipped with build-in washing machine, a kitchen (though we didn’t use it), a dustbin that’s big enough for 4 days ( and as tourists you don’t have to be worried about the garbage categorization because they will help settle it!) and every lady’s dream——it has a big and good lighting mirror for putting up makeup! Basically the room has everything you need 3) Though there’s no counter person but the owner is online to help whenever we asked for help (we asked how to turn on hot water, ask for more hangers if possible, where to find our keys, etc)

Great location, walking distance to train stations and shopping district. Lots of eateries and shops near the apartment. Room is clean and spacious, and has everything we need. Owner is very responsive when I messaged to top up the toiletries. Recommended and will stay here again!

Match family trip required for a long stay; - full kitchen with big refrigerator. - bathroom with bathtub but size too small. - washing machine and drying by hanging in the bathroom (have a hot dryer inside) just waste time to hang. - bedroom has a sliding door to separate the living room and bedroom. - bedroom has terrace. - Air con in the bedroom and can adjust to be a heater. - floor at the living room has a heater, surprised!!! - The apartment has an elevator. - Checkin method have to wait for the admin send the detail to us and you will get the code for the room key around 01:00 pm Japan time (the day you check-in) from website of this apartment. - very close to Shinsaibashi Street.

Not very bad problem but not many TV channels, no instructions on how to access satellite channels or netflix. Not big problem because there's lots of things to do in the area but just would be nice to have more TV shows while resting.

A bit far from Shinsaibashi. No face-to-face staff to talk to. Lights a bit deem, can be brighter. Water too hot, unable to adjust.

There are no staff on the property so you cannot leave your luggage if you arrive early. We used the coin lockers at the train station. They do have a area that you can leave your luggage but it is not locked up so we were a bit tenative to leave it there.

These are self catering apartments. Ours was very spacious and clean. The location was easy walking distance to the train station.
