It was not very clear to me that not every room can use the outside onsen. Also the breakfast is rather basic and the place is not well equipped to host babies. Next time I will make sure to have a private onsen attached to the room.

We stayed not in the main house but in one next to it with an onsen. The room was quite cold and not that clean, upstairs was the bedroom, you could hear the neighbors and every step they made (probably they could hear us too). although we followed the instructions the water in the onsen was not that hot. In my opinion the price was a bit high for the value. Breakfast was really small

But you are paying quite a bit of the privilege and amenities are otherwise a bit sparse. It's also further from the station than it looks. Might be best to travel by car.

Nice location at the edge of woods, rustic. Close to FujiQ. Having private outdoor hot tub was great.

Accessibility can be alittle challenging with big luggages. Thankfully we travelled light. : ) It is worth taking a cab from Kawaguchiko to Bself Fuji Onsen Villa - 1,800yen.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is serene, there is a path to a forested area nearby for a nice morning walk. At the reception, Jez & his colleague were very helpful to assist us & giving recommendations to get around. Breakfast - simple but was delicious, cereals, sandwiches, eggs, yogurt etc.. There are several restaurants, 7-Eleven and a big Don Don Donki just down the road.

The beds in my room were twin size when I was there with my wife. Would prefer to be upgraded or moved to a full or queen size. My room didn’t have private onsen and I’m booking with wife.

Traditional nice hotel, with public onsen, good breakfast and car parking. The location is very good to go to Mt. Fuji. The hotel has everything for a good rest. The breakfast room is very good to use, with the piano to play for everyone.

Nothing. Everyone, every guest, every staff member was more pleasant than the last. And all people from around the world were wonderful. From 14 months old to 79 years. It was a really cool experience. Arigato!!!!

It was an incredible, all around. Traveling with my wife and Mother in law. They raved about it. Everything was excellent. We are older and Mom is pushing 80. Bedding is very comfortable however, a foot off the ground would have helped as it was hard to get up in the morning.

The breakfast was rather poor, one had limited choice. If you would like to stay for more than 2 nights there, you will be bored very quickly... Also, the onsen is smaller than I depicted in my head, be aware, 2 "normal" people can fit in, but 2 larger would have problems I guess.

Located in a beautiful place, the room was quite big, and the receptionist was very friendly, recommended us a great restaurant😁

I thought it is a big place and i booked a big room.. but wen we arrived.. it is kinda small place and our unit room is small too but it is okei..

I like the onsen tub and i kinda relax wen i used it at night.. Near in everything.. there are many restaurants, ramen omise, sushi restau, karaoke and DonkiHote.

The room is not soundproof you can hear people walking in the hallway. The breakfast is just a simple breakfast, would like it if they at least prepare a nice meal before you head out for the day.

The room we booked has it's own private onsen bath. The location of the villa is close to restaurants, shops and the Fuji- Q theme park.

The location is a little hard to get to, plus it was super muddy, although that is to be expected at that time of year. The outdoor private bath I found cooled off way to quickly.

I enjoyed the bed and the aesthetic of the room the most. The included breakfast was fairly good for what I paid. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The room could have used a bit of refurbish as the furniture looks quite outdated, but everything was spotless and beds were very comfortable, so it’s not a problem!

The villa was quite easy to reach from the bus station (5-10 mins away) and they have common bath which you can even use privately. It was handy to have a washing machine and drier, which we used. There’s even a ping-pong table you can use while waiting! The breakfast does not provide much choice, but you have alternative between savoury and sweet and it is still very flavourful!

There was a kitchen but nothing to cook with, neither plates or cutlery. I think the price was too much compared in other places we have been.

The room was great. Very spacious. Breakfast was included. We had a private outside bath that made the difference.

The onsen place over the main building looks a bit old, but still okay to use.

We have our small chalet( half of it). With own small bath outside - onsen outdoor, in the small compound. The chalet is clean, Bath room was small - the usual japanese style. Great location - near the theme park. But definitely need own car to get around.

Only thing that keeps this from being a full 10/10 is the walls are pretty thin so you can hear the neighbors.
