We loved the feeling of staying in "a home", it was so relaxing. The house, garden, rooms are lovely. Nairobi is a busy city but you don't even feel you're in a big city when you're staying here. It's also great that you can enjoy a walk in the surroundings just outside the house. Nice breakfast. The Staff!- so nice, sweet, professional and helpful with everything from a massage to arranging safari trips. Very much contributing to the feeling of being among friends. When going back we'll definitely stay here again. Thank you Antonina & Co!

Not a problem but I would encourage water savings by letting guests indicate if they want their bedsheets or towels changed. I would also encourage using glass water bottles. Breakfast can be a little slow but they improved over time when they got that I had to go to work.

Elegant boutique hotel in lush garden and a quiet compound. I felt I was staying at a friend’s house. Staff were very friendly and let me check in after landing at 5am, which was perfect. They were lovely every morning at breakfast. Breakfast was also very good, mixing a buffet and hot items prepared upon request.

An oasis of calm in a secure area. It was lovely to come back to the pool after a hot day in the city. We we looked after very well by the team and had a lovely steak dinner one night. It’s easy to get about using Uber and within walking distance is the Geko Cafe which has a nice vibe and good mall for any essentials.

I wanted to love my massage but it was not spa-like/ spa quality. More of a rough rub down by auntie that soothed some sore spots, but was not therapeutic or relaxing. Waking up to being asked what the same service costs in the US, further killed the mood.

The garden setting is gorgeous and encourages deep relaxation/ unplugging from the bustle of Nairobi. Staff are very attentive, friendly and accommodating. The daily breakfast is delicious and fresh, with farm to table produce from the shamba located next to the kitchen. A real treat. The property offers many comfortable areas to relax indoors and outdoors, and has a beautiful indoor/ outdoor design that is delightful to move through. If you want to feel like you are living in the pages of architectural digest Nairobi, this home will do it for you.

Nothing, everything was wonderful.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. It was more like staying with friends. Such a warm welcome from Antonia and Wilson. The breakfast was wonderful. Fresh fruit, ceral and yoghurt and juice. Then a choice of eggs, sausages etc. I had dinner twice, and lunch once, a good selection of food, allbeautifully prepared and presented. When my iPhone cable became faulty they got me a replacement. It's a very safe environment, set in a gated community. I will definitely return.

Nothing- Food menu could have a little more Kenyan food, rather than trying to please international palettes. I suspect they would do this rather well!

Beautiful Lodge with tastefully decorated rooms and public areas, a veranda restaurant and pool, and a stunning garden. Very quiet and calm. Staff were excellent, with special thanks to Angeline and Issac for looking after us.

The room we had initially was a little bit hot, but we couldnt open the window as then there were mossies coming in. So a mosquito net over the bed would be a good idea. It was cool outside at night so if we could have left the windows wide open it would have been fine. The team were super helpful and actually moved us to a different room the second night anyways.

Lovely property, with a pool and really beautiful gardens! The location is handy for centre of town but also very green and peaceful because its a little bit away from the really busy areas. Close to national park entrance, girraffe centre etc. The service was great, the team were super helpful and the dinner and breakfasts were excellent! We would come back for sure

That I was only able to stay 5 days.

This was a hidden gem in the suburbs of Nairobi. The staff executed their duties with such professionalism and an attention to detail that most interactions made me feel at home, like I was a fellow Nairobian. They also graciously offered great insight into the local culture and cuisine, which made my stay feel more authentic. From the unique and fabulous decor, comprehensive security, to the well manicured grounds, and a wonderfully collaborative staff, the owners have shown their expertise and commitment to excellence by successfully integrating all the amenities of larger hotels with the intimacy of a bed and breakfast. This will definitely be my first choice when visiting Nairobi.

My friend and I had an amazing time staying at Deerpark Hotel last month. To begin with, the staff are hands down some of the best people in the world. Their hospitality makes you feel like you are with family. Namely, Morris and Wilson were so warm, welcoming, and attentive. Isaac was very patient with us when he picked us up from the airport and we needed to make a stop somewhere, before arriving at the property. We enjoyed every meal that was prepared for us; their chefs are excellent. You can also request traditional Kenyan meals that aren’t listed on the menu! The room was very spacious with lots of natural light and it has a smart TV. There is so much greenery outside on the property that I felt like I was in a botanical garden. I absolutely loved it. The location is in a gated community, and even the security guards were always friendly and respectful. The property isn’t too far from many popular attractions. I greatly appreciated that the host offers assistance with booking tours and provides a list of activities for visitors to enjoy. It was our first time in Nairobi, so the staff helped us arrange many different activities to do including a safari at Nairobi National Park. Our safari driver was with us for the entire day and took us to a few other attractions as well, and he was so informative. The property offers airport transportation for an affordable price! We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Nairobi!! I highly recommend Deerpark Luxury Stays.

It was great!

I had an absolutely amazing time at Deerpark Luxury while I was in Nairobi. The property is in a quiet gated community that is very safe and secure. Nina and the staff took the time to cater to my every ask and were absolutely wonderful. One simple thing that stood out was they noticed my shoes were dirty in my room and took the time to clean them for me. How thoughtful was that! Nina helped me book a train to Mombasa, and really made me feel at home. I can’t say enough great things about my stay here. The owner was a pleasure to meet as well. Such nice and considerate people. When I think of coming back to Nairobi, I will be staying here!

We just had one or two mosquitoes at night, and a few misunderstandings for dinner orders but that was nothing compared to positive points :) My brother found his mattress a bit hard to his taste but overall he loved his stay as well.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, professional, always helpful and positive, they make you feel like home. The premises are in a secured compound and the house, outdoors and rooms are very well furnished, decorated, maintained, and clean. Beds are comfy, environment is quite at night (for light sleepers like me).

A beautiful environment in a very safe location. Staff looked after me well and met any requests. Excellent breakfast which I took late due to a medical appointment but staff were very happy to work around my needs. There is a small swimming pool which I didn't have time to use but looked lovely. My room was great - well appointed with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. I had access to a lovely big living room, dining room and outdoor area. Friends are welcome to visit and enjoy the space with you.

We liked everything starting by the friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the place, really clean both in the room and the exteriors. We loved the breakfast too composed with fresh fruits muesli vegetables and on-demand eggs cooked by the chef.

This small hotel with around ten rooms is set in exceptionally peaceful environment, surrounded by greenery. The staff are friendly and welcoming. And I particularly appreciated the work of the manager, Antonina, who is very committed and does everything she can to make your stay a pleasant one. A very good surprise.
