Athough an exception was made after I raised the concern, it would be great to have this possibility especially considering that Kenya is a coffee producer.
The food was great and staff like Elosy and Hope and the concierge team left very pleasant memories.

United Kingdom4 Reviews“May stay was good.”I had connecting rooms 1103 and 1104, I made a request twice at reception about the connecting doors which was not opened and I specifically requested for connecting rooms at the booking stage back in June! as I was traveling with a teen, I was promised twice that they will attend to it but soon realised they won’t do, so I gave up trying , the doors were never opened or sorted. Very disappointing indeed My overall stay was good.

United States3 Reviews“My stay was great. The kids were well entertained. I would definitely be back”I do not like that the inclusive package had restrictions for instance you couldn’t get drinks before 11am.
The staff were very friendly, checkin in and checking out went smoothly. I would like to say thank you to Valentine who went out of his way to make me comfortable during dinner.

Check in process was seamless and swift. The large and clean pool, beach access, extensive food options and amazing staff at the pool, reception and restaurant. Special thanks to Amani and Jemima for making our stay memorable. The animation team coordinating the aqua Aerobics and Aqua Zumba team were also exceptional.... Security also great...

United States4 Reviews“Overall we had a great time”The one thing I didn't like is our rooms were next to some very rowdy kids from some schools. They were up most of the night dragging beds and running around. It would be nice to have them on one block by themselves.
The rooms and facilities were clean, meals were great! All the staff were friendly ,exceptional and very welcoming! We had a great time and we will be back!

United States2 Reviews“The all inclusive and entertainment was a good value if the mixed drinks had more choice”The mixed drink menu was too limited and the whiskey used was hunters choice. Mine was very strong and not smooth so only had one. The lunch and dinner minis need more mixed grill. The Takeaway breakfast needs plastic silverware, and napkins. The beach water had a lot of invasive seaweed. No seafood at dinner except octopus
Traffic by the all-inclusive for a couple. I enjoyed the dinner, Patio buffet style and the entertainment African acrobats and dancers. Dinner with Life, Chef and beef ribs. Great large swimming pool and grounds.
