The TV could be larger.

The ambience is great! The food options are great, we had the all inclusive package, and the staff members are supportive. The cleaning of the rooms is well done and the hotel is well fumigated such that you do not really encounter lots of mosquitoes. The hotel also has entertainment.

The only little thing I didn’t like was the some of the staff was inappropriate with asking me that I have to pay everytime I enquired about something since I only had bed and breakfast which I already know and it’s very unprofessional to talk about money to guests like there’s a reason why they are there cuz they have money to spend. I just thought it was bit insensitive and careless but it wasn’t all the staff that was like this only 2/3. Also didn’t like that when I first came to the hotel and wanted make a reservation that the lady in reception told me there’s no space it was after I told her that there is spaces available as I can see on bookin.com that she found me a room.

The services the Dinner The pool

The dinner was extraordinary and meet Juliana who gave us an extraordinary service during the dinner. The breakfast was excellent and the cake for the birthday surprise was wow, you guys are the best. At the pool we meet Pascal who was very joyful and served us excellently. I can't forget about John who warmly welcomed us & helped us to carry our bags to the room, he really loves his work.

The location is excellent, by the beach. The pool was huge and even with a number of guests it felt like I could have a corner all to myself. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and the staff were very helpful.

Time taken before room allocation. I waited for about 3 hrs 😩.It was understandable since they had a re launch event ongoing so they were kind of overwhelmed.

Hot Food buffet wasn't very expansive but it was enough

Great location on the sea Layout of hotel was beautiful Lawns, walkways, pools were perfectly designed Pool basketball game with 40 fellow guests on Sun 14th Oct was 2hrs of amazing fun. The staff create a wonderful playful atmosphere Food was tasty and well prepared

The beach was a short stretch and the water and shore had too much seaweed for an ocean swim. The pillows are a little uncomfortable.

The staff are genuinely happy to be there and to see u anytime of the day. The pool is huge :) The room turnover was regular with additional water bottles when requested. The best part was the entertainment team, they made sure everybody was involved in water and beach sports at all times, all of them were great. Every night there was an event u won't need to leave the hotel. Good variety of food at the breakfast buffet. The al a carte restaurant makes the best seafood with the biggest shrimps and lobesters. Sunset Tea time by the pool was the highlight of the day, water polo and beach volleyball everyday, morning water aerobics and stretches, you would be surprised u will enjoy them. The hotel is always hosting conferences so a variety of people keep coming through. The billiard bar at the top of the cliff had a fantastic view and atmosphere don't forget to visit it. The lay out of the hotel going uphill giving u a wide view of the ocean till the horizon. The ladies on the beach at the hotel exit braid hair like no others. Better than a five star hotel.

Nothing to report I was very satisfied.

Very quiet while we were there maybe 29% capacity.. Very nice rooms, pool area was very comfortable.. Many guests were African and much of the food was targeted for them though there was always plenty of choice and I never failed to find myself a good meal..

The Breakfast had lots of variety to choose from. Well prepared meals , all very delicious. The all inclusive package is really good, especially with the kids, you snack at any time and eat to your fill. The location is also good and clean. The staff are very friendly.
