United Kingdom4 Reviews“Beautiful, relaxing place.”It would have been useful if there were an ATM. We wanted to buy some things from the local shops outside the hotel but we couldn't get shillings without going into town. Not a big deal but would have liked to support the little, local businesses.
The staff were very friendly and kind. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view over the ocean. It's a place where you can truly relax and enjoy yourself.

The service is top notch. Great spacious rooms and clean. However they tend to repeat their menu however the food is good. BUT you never get a hot meal. They also have cripy cat that roams around the dinner room.

The food variety was great. The kids loved the parrot and named it Rainbow. The animation team was pleasant to them. The room upgrade was better than the initial one we had. Booking.xomnhad good offers. The workers were pleasant. Pearl was amazing and helpful. She promised to change our room which she did. It's also commendable that they had young workers which drives great innovation. The GM is really doing a great job.

It was the perfect stay! We loved every second of it, since our arrival, everyone was super friendly, food was incredible, drinks were really good as well. Our room was clean, bright and big, the view was amazing as we could see the pool on one side and the sea on the other! Jerry made the end of our Kenyan Honeymoon an even greater experience! We loved the surprise cake with a song during the dinner and the room set-up. Presentations and activities team were awesome as well! I love how we felt part of the culture and could have lots of new experiences, like seeing a Sea Cucumber!
