United StatesThe hotel's extensive, unregulated smoking during the evening creates an atmosphere that seems tailor-made for smokers, making it uncomfortable for families with young children.
The hotel boasts an excellent location with easy access to the beach, comfortable beds, a very good breakfast, and outstanding staff—especially at the reception and beach area.

The pool is very nice. We enjoyed access to the private beach which is very clean. in general Jumeirah has a very great ambience, lush gardens, friendly waiters . The Food is delicious and fresh and comfy day beds by the beach

Room E-4, really beach front, personnel super friendly, fantastic breakfast, when we call a taxi or we need something, they are supper helping us all the time. Room supper clean, Safety guard 24h in the entrance near the rooms, sleeping with the waves' sound! protected by A/C and mosquito's net, there were no mosquitos. wake in the morning and see the tourist Cammel arriving on the beach, impressive, like a dream 😀

Especially the servers, it is clear that they have no training in hospitality and guest relations.Not professional and some don't even use simple courtesy like , welcome, hi, hello, have a nice meal.I preferred just avoiding them . Also the entrance area, some men are always hanging around there, some chewing khat, others looking just off.
The pool side beds are wonderful 😊.I want to go back.The pool is exceptional, the nyama choma and pizza is really nice.

SwitzerlandIt’s right next to the ocean, but it was not useful, because the cost was full of sand grass and was not suitable to swim at all. The idea of not providing water to the rooms or at the breakfast was very annoying. The location of the hotel is far away from the city center and you need half an hour with the car to get there.
We took an apartment, which basically not in the hotel (in the building right next to the hotel), it was big, enough for 6 people easily, but was actually outside of the hotel main building. The breakfast was good, has many options to choose from (not an open buffet) and you could choose between a hot drink and a juice, but we didn’t like it that they don’t provide water at all in the hotel, neither in the room nor in the breakfast. The staff were cooperative and try to solve all of our problems (like the drainage in the bathroom was not working at the beginning, before they fixed it and the save in our apartment). The pool was actually nice and clean (but has to much chemicals, which is harmful for the eyes) and the also provide towels for swimming.
