Excellent facilities, great location, perfect for being close to Wilson airport and Carnivore

Restaurant was fairly busy/lively in the evenings (good for atmosphere, and I always got a table, so no problem there) but the groups can be a little noisy if you like a quiet place.

Well situated for visiting Nairobi National Park, very close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms. Lively, buzzy hotel, nice restaurant with helpful staff.

I like that the local area felt safe to explore. The staff were friendly and happy to help. I liked that Carnivore restaurant wasn’t far away and that we had an escort there from the hotel. we felt safe walking there in the dark because of this. The massage I had from Jane before my flight home was just what I needed. I’m glad the hotel provides this service. I’m looking forward to staying again when I return to Kenya.

The spread of breakfast was ok, would have been good if there were some more options for people who don't eat beef.

The hotel management has to do something with their reception staff. This was my second stay in this hotel and again I had very bad experience with reception staff. My reason for choosing this hotel is its location which is convenient from my work location. This time, I didn't had any prior booking at this hotel, while on reception the offered rate was higher than what I got on Booking.com; hence, I booked it online and showed them my booking number. Despite having booking details available with me in hand, they made me wait for approx. 45 mins at the reception and from her (reception staff) behavior it was quite obvious that she was not happy me booking it through Booking.com and made several story which was totally unreasonable.

Shared a room with a friend and the bathroom is part of the room, which makes it very awkward as there is no privacy. Plus, there was no bar fridge.

My hairdryer didnt work

The breakfast was very nice and we also had supper. Food was very tasty and nicely presented. It was very convenient for Wilson airport. We went to carnivore which we thoroughly enjoyed and nice being able yo walk there.

Prices in the hotel bar for some drinks were very high - higher than in some European capitals. There are some pretty good happy hour offers on cocktails though! This is also not a hotel where you would see many locals staying.

A modern, "western style" mid-range hotel with all modern amenities. Located right beside the Carnivore restaurant that most visitors to Nairobi plan to visit and it's connected by a private protected pathway. Staff and facilities were excellent.

They lost my yellow jacket and I still can't find it. Security and gym equipment must be improved.

I have been staying here for a few years. They are really great people. The staff is well trained. Great bar and food. Rooms a great too. The management of the front desk is professional and welcoming. They recognised their old customers which is good. A great hotel to stay in in Kenya.

A great hotel ideally located for Wilson air port, we have stayed here twice before and have always enjoyed our brief stops at this hotel. A clean, comfortable and secure place to stay with a good selection of food and drink. We will return.

The food. Wasn't impressed by the food.

The location was good. the staff were very helpful and assisted with all more enquires and planning around my flight. It was very easy to get transportation to the city center.
