Easier to say I liked everything but especially the garden, the friendly staff and the menu selection. Well placed to secure cheap taxi rides via the Bolt app.

Beautiful garden, awesome friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Location in Kisumu is great Great place to stay. The Wifi was good. I will definitely come back soon.

don't go out on the streets after 18,30 we were told by several people. But lots of Ubers available there.

Super nice apartment, better than we expected. Very friendly staff, clean room with a huge bathroom and shower. We loved the design, there was a lot of care taken in every detail, well done!

It was difficult to regulate the temperature of the air conditioner and we had to wait a long time for hot water when having a shower. It was a lot cheaper to book with the property direct instead of going through booking.com

The breakfast was lovely and the house is in a quiet and convenient location.

There were a couple of food item shortages but nothing serious.

Breakfast variety was quite substantial, buffet and cooked meal options. It was nice to be able to eat outside under cover. The service was prompt.

The payment card I had used to reserve the accommodation expired during my travels and I updated it on booking.com and paid for the accommodation two days before arrival. I had to show both my confirmation email to show evidence the payment was made and I even went into my bank account to show the hotel staff the transaction. Despite this they still insisted that payment hadn't been made which somewhat detracted from what had been a good stay.

The room was a good size with an excellent shower which had a good flow and plenty hot water. The room had a desk, TV and good quality WiFi connection. The chef was excellent and the evening meals and breakfast were a very good quality.

It was a great experience - luxurious room, very friendly personnel, good food, and real value vor money - I can recommend it to anybody and I would go back there. Breakfast includes everything, cereal, yoghurt, fresh juice, bacon, sauages, eggs etc.

The Wifi is limited to the restaurant and lobby. The staff were a bit reserved and could improve on customer service.

The Clarice House is comfortable and relaxing place with a beutiful garden. Breakfast is good and they serve lunch and dinner.
