Breakfast was all served cold but, i believe this is common countrywide, sauna and steam room weren’t working, no jet spray in washroom

It was clean and location is very good easy and direct access to lake issyk kul, great value for tourists in groups or individual.

1. Not quite warm water in the shower 2. Long walk to the lake (for the adults it is fine, our 3yo did not enjoy it.)

The place is far from Cholpon Ata and you need to consider it if you wish going there. Also, swimming pool was not functioning.

Clean & nice. The staff was super friendly. Dariya is a wonder! Besides all the tasks, on top of stunning one might expect of a stay, I was offered to watch movies with all others, by choosing together. Reminded of all facilities they have, including ping pong, etc. When I missed my breakfasts couple of times, they delivered it all later on to my room. I loved the stay and didn't want to leave at all ))) That's rare 😅

Not without caveats. First, if you are an elderly person or someone with mobility issues this place may not be for you if you prioritize spending time at the lake/on a beach. The walk to the lake takes up to 15-20 minutes depending on your speed, of course, but it's really far from the place and the path is not the most comfortable. You may spend time at the swimming pool but there is not much to do in terms of entertaining otherwise. Not cheap and also, the meals (lunch/dinner) could be better.

It's a nice place for a calm and comfortable stay, with a swimming pool and friendly and helpful staff. The territory is clean and neat, though small. All in all, the hotel looks cozy and comfy.

I had a wonderful time at Ololo Family Guesthouse. It is an ideal place for a family holiday to enjoy nature and comfort. The guesthouse offers a wide range of services, including clean and comfortable rooms, a swimming pool, and access to the beach. Children can play in a safe area, and adults can relax by the water. Just didn’t like the construction which was really annoying, hope they will finish it soon.

Everything was perfect, staff, restaurant, bar and swimming pool. Service and loyalty was at high level! Location love it everything was near especially shops and restaurants and nice beach. Air is wonderful and really had rest properly there for that amount of money which I spent. That days we will never forget with my daughter, it was very peaceful happy days ☺️ Very thankful 🙏🏻

Breakfast they are serving as a complimentary and not a buffet. They served in the table and didnt asked us what we need or what we eat. I wont eat beef they served us however later they changed and server Egg.

Rooms are good and lake is 10 mins walkable. Breakfast is not buffet. They will serve you with limited options.

Upon entering the room, there was a very strong smell of chemicals which stayed for days despite having windows open. The air con did not work. There was a complete cut of water supply for 12 hours in the first day. The water was sourced from the local well and got clogged. Although, the workers worked hard to restore the supply it took 10-12 hours, thus we could not shower, wash or brush our teeth. There was no contingency plan in place. Just no water or any kind except the lake 😵‍💫 My sisters who arrived with husbands and kids - have issues with their toilets not flushing and showers leaking terribly! Breakfast for $5 per person include porridge and basic things with no option for eggs or a continental. Although the staff were nice, they could not hold responsibility for this place as they aren’t the owners. They kindly took note of the issues but did not offer any discount or apologies.

Being charged the same adult rates for children's meal portions was not good. Made the meals very expensive for what we got.

The hotel made an adjustment for our family so that our 3 rooms were closer together
