TurkeyThe location is great, clean and safe. When we settled in the facility, a new place was being built, we reported our complaint to the reception, they changed our room the next day. Thank you to the manager who spoke fluent Turkish at the reception. Except for the slowness of the service, it was an extraordinarily relaxing vacation.

United Arab EmiratesThe stuff at the reception was very rude. On checking out we have had the worst experience. We were supposed to check out at 12 noon. But we were late and I explained the situation to a receptionist Janara and I asked her to give us little more time. But she wasn't accommodating to our situation and she told us if we didn't check out immediately she would send security to kick us out. Horrible costumer service by Janara. Then on check out time The manager Valentina came to our room to make sure we checked out. To my surprise, she was also very rude to us. I was trying to explain the situation but she didn't want to listen and kept walking away as she didn't care if u was talking or not. I guess I shouldn't be surprised by the rude stuff after I actually spoke to they manager Valentina, if they manager is rude what to expect from the stuff. I really hope that Booking.com takes serious actions towards these people. I hope to hear a feedback from booking.com

IndiaExtremely unfriendly staff particularly in Restaurant, low quality breakfast, unwelcoming staff and service. Bathtub couldn’t be used since there was nothing to seal the water drainage system. No water provided in room.
Breakfast was very poor quality. It was open only for 2 hours from 8 to 10 am. Location of the hotel is great on the bank of Issykul Lake. But service is very bad.

United Arab EmiratesThe resort doesn't have a medical first aid kit or the dental kit also which was a surprise to us because you don't carry dental, lotion, and other stuff and expect it to be provided by the resort. There was no water stopper in the bathtub and unfortunately after asking for a replacement but this part was also not available. They need to work a little more on Customer Service.
I really like the property and CAPRIS restaurant. Especially the access to the lake. The facilities for the kids were amazing. We really enjoyed walking around and the beautiful flowers all around the property. We enjoyed our stay at the property and loved the environment, flowers, villa, and lake, etc....
