I love everything here, very compact and enough for solo. It is clean, there is a common kitchen, free tea or coffee, to cook and wash your laundries. I have fun staying for 3 days.

No lobby/ reception although they are quick to respond to texts, there doesn’t seem to be anyone there full time to answer Qs, etc

Nice hotel, very clean, everything worked plus kitchen to boot. Heating was good (don’t know about AC). Close to Asia Mall—probably need to take quick Yandex ride for major sites.

Nothing not to like

10/10! Cute little house with private rooms and communal kitchen. The room was very clean and cozy, it even had a small light (an important detail that is missing in so many hotels!). The bathroom was also good, the kitchen has everything you need. Separate applause to the managers — they are incredibly nice and caring! Great hotel, definitely staying here again when I’m back in Bishkek!

It's not close to center.

The accommodation was good, the big plus is the room because in front of it are trees and even in the Bishkek was hot weather the room had good and comfortable temperature and we didn't feel it was that hot outside. We could use also kitchen in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is a big disadvantage. It's remote from everything, no stores or public transportation nearby. Not a good place if you want to explore Bishkek

The wi-fi signal in the room was not strong enough for videoconferencing, but there is a place near the stairs right next to the router with comfortable chairs and a table and the hotel is indeed tiny so working from this corner would not interfere with other guests.

The room was big enough for a bed and a working desk. Every room is equipped with a bathroom and a shower. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen and a dining table for the guests to use and a covered patio for sitting outside. The location is a short walk away from a large shopping mall "Asia Mall" and Bishkek University buildings, and a half an hour walk down Manas avenue to the city center with its embassies, Sheraton and Novotel. On entering the building the guests are expected to change their shoes to rubber slippers provided at the door. The staff is helpful and the price is such that it wouldn't cut a hole in the pocket. Bishkek is amazing vibrant modern city with a lot of history.

Shower , shower head fixture wasn't properly installed, so the only way is to hold shower head with one hand and spray yourself, it's not a big deal for me , that's the only thing , overall compared to other guest houses around that area, Pretty great deal on price too...

The curtains in the room had some stains on them and were quite dusty, could use some washing. Not a big deal, though.

The thing I liked the most is the attitude of the host and the manager, they both were very friendly and helpful, even arranged a transfer for me. The room itself is cozy, the bathroom is clean and spacious, and there's also a shared kitchen with all the appliances and even free water supply. Overall, a very good place to stay for a very reasonable price, highly recommended.

Very calm, quiet and clean place in a nice street, about 40 minutes walk to Osh bazaar and an hour to the main attractions. There is a well equiped kitchen that you can use and also washing machine.
