AustraliaThe resort was stunning, with crystal-clear sands and beautiful aqua blue waters, making for a truly picturesque setting. However, communication was a bit challenging as the staff had limited English skills, which made it hard to understand each other at times. I agree with some of the other reviews regarding the restaurant; the food was overpriced and the portions were ridiculously small for the price. The massage was great, but the location left much to be desired—there were bugs around, and the area lacked privacy, with staff leaving the curtains open and talking to each other, which was not very relaxing.
The resort was absolutely stunning, with an amazing location—definitely one of the best I’ve been to so far. However, I did have to ask the staff to clean my room; otherwise, it wouldn’t get done while I was out exploring. On a positive note, the car hire service was fantastic—it allowed me to see all of Koh Rong in just one day, which was a highlight of the trip.

Excellent value for money and best location. The beach had fine clean white sand and the sea was clear and shallow like a giant swimming pool. The dinner at the hotel was the best food we had in the island.

I’ve liked everything, it’s a brand new resort with lots of good taste the rooms are very spacious, comfortable and very elegant with beautiful apsaras painted by hand in the wall. All staff is friendly and professional and the ceo/owner is amazing giving us all tips to enjoy the island. The food is amazing made by two chefs from Europe. The view from the room was stunning with beautiful runrise and sunset. The infinite swimming pool with an apasara in the middle is the cherry on top of the cake. I will be back and recommend it.

United KingdomThis is more recommendations as we stayed during the soft opening of the hotel and what we would expect for this kind of stay Have phone / WiFi code / spa & food menus in the room, English speaking staff at reception as a bare minimum (ideally everywhere when customer facing), highlight straight away if something isn’t available to order, wine selection to be improved (the price vs quality wasn’t where it should be), parasols need to be properly secured as they kept blowing away which is dangerous, no house keeping in the room during the stay (so bed not made, no new towels, no cleaning of the room & bathrooms overall which led to a fair amount of small insects in the room, no water refill), the description and pictures on booking are all the same between the different room options which is confusing and actually different in real life (this should be more curated), have a soap dish next to the bathroom sink :)
Beautifully located on a quiet beach, the room is spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast has a good selection and you can also order a few dish directly from the kitchen. The staff is very friendly and the massages were incredible. As for the pool, you’ll never want to leave it

We stayed in a Terraced suite which had a great ocean view, although jungle suites face the ocean the view is more obscured. The pool setting was lovely and relaxing, with sunbeds also set out on the beach. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious, particularly shrimp tempura, chicken curry and fish amok. Decor in the rooms is high end. Had an oil massage which was great, setting is open by the ocean. Stand out feature of the place is the friendly staff, particularly Barang who is the restaurant manager and Rosa on reception.
