    No have hairdryer, TV only Chinese channel, no balcony, no security car parking. No service at all at in the hotel

    - A staff member tried to enter my room in the middle of the night, apparently due to a check-in mix-up—unacceptable, especially given the hotel was nearly empty. - Check-in was disorganized and frustrating - I ended up having to use their computer behind the counter at reception to show them my booking. Also, I had to give a deposit of 45 USD instead of 30 USD announced on booking.com. - The room we had requested through booking.com was not the room we were given and were told that more money was required for the stay. Communication with staff members seem too complicated. - Breakfast was poorly managed with limited options. - TV system was unnecessarily complicated to use. - Corridors smelled strongly of smoke, which made the environment feel unpleasant.

    - The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. In-room facilities (e.g. bathroom, furniture, amenities) were of a high standard. - Location is OK between port and airport.
