Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ThailandThe safe in the room was already locked upon arrival so no possibility to use it. As we can not bring outside food, we only got the chance to eat at the hotel restaurant, it's really too bad that they do not offer the same choice of meal as the breakfast. Also having pictures on the menu could be a good improvement.
the piscine and the facilities where very nice, the staff was very nice as well, but if you have an issue I'm not sure how much you can count on them. The room was very spacious and nice. It was also very clean, and it was not nosy at all. The breakfast was really good as well.

CanadaThe bed in our room was too hard for us, but the pillows and the duvet were comfortable, so we were able to manage.
Very convenient and close to airport. It cost around 4.00 dollars by tuk tuk to go downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, and well kept. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. The delicious breakfast was included which we really appreciated. All meals were very good. We really liked the quiet peaceful atmosphere.

United StatesInternet down not their fault but did not tell me until I got to the room. When they remodeled the bathroom they placed the shower door so that it would only open inwards in a very small corner shower. Consequently a regular sized man could barely squeeze by the door to close it
Decent breakfast and good room. If you are their with a family there is a great pool and they have decent workout facilities.

United KingdomThis is a strange place. It's like a full time sports club and part time hotel. The rooms are ok but quite a walk from reception. The entrance had flooded in heavy rain but the apathetic staff made no effort to help guests so you had to wade through dirty rainwater. The room was quite noisy too.
It's close to airport

VietnamThe breakfast was not as advertised ~ the staff said it was a "buffet breakfast" ... but you could only order one "main item" and the "buffet" was simply bread, coffee, some fruit and juice. I've stayed at other hotels in Phnom Penh that had really nice "buffet breakfasts" and Cambodia Country Club should learn from them.

United StatesI have stayed here several times and the very first time I booked a room for a 3 day stay, things were great. Since the first time I stayed at CCC, the quality has dropped dramatically to say the least. When you book a room with CCC and pay your money in advance, you will be put in a building off grounds out near the noisy and busy road. I was traveling with 4 pcs of luggage, 2 very heavy and had the pleasure to pack them up several flights of stairs, no elevator. The staff was of no help to put me in the the room I felt I booked. I got on there website and booked 3 nights, I choose a room with a queen bed and the room was $35.00 night. If I paid in advance there was a discount, knocked off a couple dollars a night. So, I paid in advance and the staff at the front desk tell me at check-in that I will be stuck out in the rooms near the noisy road. Very dissiapointed! When I ask they why, they tell me I need to call them and request a room in the main compound. Very dissiapointed! The food was great at one time, now the food is subpar at best. The kitchen staff was all new and the quality was not even close to what it was. Bottom line, I travel to Cambodia several times a year and will be booking else where in the future. Phnom Phen has thousands of options, so why deal with a hotel that does not want your business and has no desire to make things right.
Location close to airport and the facility is very nice with lots of trees and quiet.
