The rooftop bar is completely exposed to the sun in the morning with no means of cooling it off.

Great spacious room with a large bed, Great soundproofing, was very quiet at night. And the best thing was how helpful and friendly and open the reception staff was!

Be aware that check-in is from 3pm and they will charge for early check in. Can leave bags at reception beforehand. They also require a $30 security deposit, which seems extravagant given the cost of a night’s stay, and no where else asks this. The view is over industrial size pipes and lots of litter. It is quite a walk to the city centre.

Close enough to walk to/from the bus station. Comfy bed. Modern bathroom with hot, contained shower. Tea-coffee making facilities available. Neither a like or dislike - The room was like a uni student flat.

The staff members are the worst, especially the younger ones. They looked like they don't know what they're doing. I paid $30 deposit in a new and crisp US $20 and $10 bills. When I checked out, they tried to give me Cambodian money which I refused. After arguing, they ended up giving me some old US $ bills.

The duvet cover was stained. Coffee mug was dirty. There was no hairdryer and no slippers. Shower water temperature was not changeable, and was cold.

Not cleaned properly , towels not changed and went without any towel for 36 hours as they had none to give me ! , unfortunately we got flooded out by heavy rain and I was given a mop and bucket !

The shower had hair in the plug which is a pet peeve of mine 🙈🙈 The room very dusty , don't know when the surfaces where last wiped especially ontop of the bed head board We opted to stay here despite being abit pricier than other places in town but I felt like it should have been abit a cleaner :-( A few lights didn't work in the room

There is no daily cleaning, Even though cleaning was not required in my case, but I've stayed 4 days and they have not cleaned a single day. They already mentioned in their check-in policies the cleaning will be after 4 days and not daily, but these polices you will receive only when you check in

No hot water for the first couple days, no one explained to flick a switch on. No daily clean or fresh towels. Toilet disgustingly dirty after fixing blocked toilet.

When you check in, they ask you to pay a 50 dollar deposit. We lost our card and payed 30 dollars for it, then we were late with the checkout for 40 minutes and payed another 5 dollars, and they didnt warn about it. I understand that there are rules, but no other hotel has rules like this. The room wasn't cleaned once during one week stay, towels and sheets weren't changed either, for toilet paper we had to ask ourselves. Didn't have laundry service, and the staff didn't give any solutions, we had to find it by ourselves. Also didn't agree to give us one card each, and the fridge doesn't stay on when you leave the room. Overall the room was ok, but the staff and service were really disappointing. And the location is not the best, there is not much around.

The room is quite spacious, and it had a nice balcony area. The location is very convenient along the water front, only a short tuk tuk away from major tourist destinations.
