Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe Internet is so slow that sometimes sending email is a problem.
The hotel is located outside the city center, which is its advantage. There is everything you need to have a nice time. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

AustraliaAll good! The location was a little out of the main part of town but, it was nice and quiet and still within walking or cycling distance of the main part of Siem Reap.
Breakfast was very nice and the staff were wonderful. The private pool and courtyard were lovely. The space was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Dom the manager was very helpful with tips and support during our stay. We would defintely stay there again.

PortugalThe hotel is in a quiet area of Siem Reap and the facilities are great. There is a nice restaurant and bar on site with very tasty food, drinks and great coffee. All around the pool, very cozy. It is a little bit outside the noisy center and we appreciated that a lot. That being said, the hotel can arrange you a tuktuk for $1 that takes in no time to the Pub Street and the Old Market. There you will find many tuktuks to take you back to the hotel. The staff is very helpful and breakfast is good and offers something for each of us. And the coffee... Best thing in the morning. Highly recommended, top experience.

AustraliaEverything was wonderful.
We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is great (we walked everywhere), our room was great - we choose the private pool room and we absolutely loved it. The breakfast was delicious - the bread was amazing 😁. But it was the staff that are outstanding and made us feel so welcome. They offered so many suggestions and organised us transportation as well.

AustriaThe location was a 25-minute walk from the busy center (which you could argue is a good thing)
The staff were truly wonderful. They were so helpful and super kind. So much more than just friendly. They really went above and beyond and created an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere. Truly special. Our room was spotless, our private pool and garden gorgeous and very well maintained. Don and her team organized a wonderful driver and amazing tour guide for Ankor Wat and also organized a fair-priced taxi back to Phnom Penh. What a fabulous stay it was!

United KingdomIf you’re a walker you aren’t really near anything so you’ll need a tuktuk down to restaurants etc. That said its still a quick ride without being in the middle of all the noise.
Super great design hotel thats really well thought out. The feng shui flow is great and everything is just where you need it in the room. Feels effortless. Bed comfy, rook spotless. I was in the Jr Suite with the private plunge pool which was bliss to drop into after a sweaty day out at the temples. Breakfast was a good size and tasty. Staff is awesome, very helpful particularly when I found I’d been scammed buying my sim at the airport. Can’t recommend enough. I’d stay here again.

GermanyOur room was on the ground floor next to the stairways wherefore every now and then other guests and personell pass by. Therefore, I would recommend to have a room on the higher floors.
Very nice and clean facility. As it is not in the city center it is more calm but you can still walk into the city (about 30min) or have a Tuk-Tuk (0,8 $). Personell and the Management is very attentive and immediately react if you have any questions or issues and try to find a solution witch suits you best. Breakfast is (as usual in south-east Asia) no surprise but still better than most we have seen elsewhere in Cambodia or Laos. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

We loved everything about this hotel. Our Favorite hotel now…. The staff were amazing, professional, friendly. Very clean, breakfast was a la carte but good quality and enough for me and my family. Very calm place we loved that it was quiet around. You do need to take a grab to go to the center but it’s 6min away.. I recommend the room with the private pool!

The staff was amazing. Dom and all the people working there were very welcoming and did everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We were in amazing hands. They also took care of our visits Angkor Wat, with TukTuk. The driver was so kind and had loads of water for us (which you need!) and for the sunrise at Angkor Wat the hotel prepared a breakfast to take-away. We booked the Junior Suite with Private Pool which was fantastic. Spacious and a dip in the pool after visiting Angkor Wat all day felt great. The hotel is in a quiet location and has all you need. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails are of a high standard. If you want to venture out into Siem Reap, it's only a 15 min walk or a short tuktuk-ride. Long story short, if you come to Siem Reap stay at the Grange.
