Beautiful hotel, peaceful and amazing gardens and pool. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Food at restaurant was also excellent. The only downside is that it is quite far from the centre of Phnom Penh although it’s super easy and quick to get à Tuk Tuk to the centre.

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful oasis away from the hectic and busy city centre. Relaxing atmosphere with outside seating for breakfast, peaceful pool and gardens to enjoy. Staff helpful and eager to help you get the most of your stay in Phnom Penh with suggestions of where to visit, easy to arrange tuktuks to get you out into the city which was just 10 minutes away. Food at breakfast had plenty of choice and variety.

A charming hotel centrally located with a lovely calm garden and swimming pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The owner is also on hand and gave us lots of advice and recommendations for places to see and other restaurants . The food in the hotel was very good too.

Great location and facilities. You wouldn’t think you were in the middle of Phnom Penh. Pool and garden so peaceful. The best thing about this hotel are the staff, so friendly and attentive and I have to say that the food is beyond expectation. It was so tasty that we ate there on both nights of our stay. No hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone

A lovely small boutique hotel in the centre of Phnom Penh. The gardens are lush and the swimming pool is great. There is a small gym which we used. The staff and owner are very attentive to all details which made our stay an absolute delight. Food here is excellent.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were met with drinks on our arrival and met with Susmo Kuroda the Japanese owner. This place is an oasis with tropical gardens and bird song. Used the large swimming pool for doing laps. The staff are so attentive friendly and professional. The hotel is situated down a very quiet side street so there is no traffic noise. We ate breakfast and had dinner on the 2 nights we were there. The food was very tasty and served by smiling waiters.We had to leave at 4.30am to catch a very early flight we used there own taxi service which was punctual and provided good comfort. We were given a free upgrade. What capped our stay was that Susmo saw us off at 4.30am when we left. Many thanks I have never experienced such hospitality anywhere else in the world and I have visited over 50 countries. We would have no hesitation in staying here again. .

It was beyond our expectations in every way. The room was super comfortable and cozy with an amazing garden view and large bathroom, super clean. The food was delightful. It met, and exceeded, our expectations. The hotel is not super fancy, but it offers a low key environment with very enthusiastic staff who made our stay very special.

Great welcome when we arrived. They served us fruit, tea. The staff were attentive and really helpful throughout our stay. We got a lot of advice and suggestions on what to do, and they also arranged a tuktuk for us to see the genocide museums. The facilities are good - pool, gym, outdoor and indoor space to sit. The hotel is on a quite, "private" street so there is no traffic noise. There are many restaurants within walking distance, and many more within tuktuk distance. We were not there for very long so did not make good use of the facilities. If we had another day, we could have spent time on site and used the pool and gym.
