Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Good food, nice atmosphere with green garden and pool. I like the room too, especially good warm lighting and wooden natural type furniture. Notably, staff are all friendly, polite and helpful. Hospitality and flexibility to the customer are outstanding.

Stunning tropical garden setting with a great pool, in a quiet area but a short walk to the action. Friendly owner who greeted us on arrival and shared his recommendations for what to do and where to eat. Lovely, smiling staff that would greet us with "welcome home" whenever we arrived back at the hotel. Beautifully decorated, spacious room! Awesome little airconditioned gym. Amazing massages. Delicious breakfasts. Ticks all the boxes and some!

This beautiful and calm haven is like a home away from home in the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff are super helpful and attentive to every need and the friendly manager shows a personal interest in all of his guests. No detail is too small from the lovely welcome drinks to the surprise snacks package that they prepared for our long onward journey. The pool is beautiful and breakfast was tasty, plentiful and varied and the bedroom absolutely stunning. This hotel is a must for anyone visiting Phnom Penh!

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. An extremely high standard of hospitality, staff were well trained, friendly, welcoming and all go above and beyond to make your stay as nice as possible. There were many thoughtful touches throughout our stay, which made all the difference and were much appreciated. Room was very comfortable, pool was clean and food was excellent. Don’t hesitate to stay here, there’s very few places quite like it.

CambodiaI've lived in PP 8 years and wish I had found it sooner!
The garden, pool, architecture & design. My sister stayed here while visiting in January & said it was the best hotel she'd ever stayed in. And several friends raved about it. Needed a break from normal life, so booked a night here. I loved it. I spent nearly 7 hours between pool & garden. Woke up to birds singing. The staff were so sweet. I noticed they were as polite to one another as they were the guests.

Amazing experience for our first time in Phnom Penh with my husband and 2 kids. This boutique hotel makes us feel at home with all the comfort of a hotel (restaurant, daily cleaning of the room, massage until 10pm) and even more (employees are always here to help with a big smile without breaking the intimacy of the place). All the staff is professional, speaking English very well, and going beyong their duty to ensure we have a great experience in the city. Recommended with no doubt.

AustraliaThe only disappointment was that there was not a fully air-conditioned space somewhere for eating which we would have appreciated after long hot days out.
Fabulous owner and staff who went out of their way to assist with bookings and recommendations and general hospitality. It is an oasis in this interesting busy city. A room upgrade was also much appreciated. Overall the presentation of the hotel is gorgeous and the room and bed was very comfortable.

The attention to detail was immaculate. The staff could not do enough for you. Absolutely amazing hotel and pool. Food was superb. 100% perfection. Anything we needed or asked they sorted out for us including getting us grab tuk tuks from town, lending us their personal mobile to call UK, getting us a taxi from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap.

IndiaThat we can't find a fault!
we liked everything: Smooth and welcoming check-in, courteous and polite behaviour of the staff and the Owner who was always present early in the morning, asking about the day's program and giving helpful tips, an extra large room, absolutely clean, sumptuous breakfast with a variety of different country menus. Food was tasty and portions were large, rather heapful; good for young people. The staff even booked Grab taxis for us , saw to it that we sat in the taxis and noted the taxi numbers and instructed the taxi drivers for safe driving. In all a very pleasant stay.

United StatesNothing I didn't like
(I stayed here twice before and after going to Siem Reap/Angkor Wat, so this is the same review as before:) I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will plan on staying there if I'm in Phnom Penh again. It was an oasis of peace in a dusty rugged town. It was "noisy" with the cries of probably a dozen kinds of birds, which made you feel you were in the middle of a jungle, not an ugly city. The pool was FANTASTIC! It was what we dreamed of during the day when out and about in 104˚F/40˚C with 99% humidity... it was the image of a man crawling on the desert sands seeing a mirage of a cool stream of water. Now let's get to the food. Fabulous! Menu was varied and authentic. And the Japanese food like gyōza餃子and the Japanese breakfast 和朝食 was straight out of Tōkyō and Ōsaska. Best gyōza I've had outside of Japan. The sincere attentiveness and politeness of the staff bordered on obsequious. They all were fabulous as well. We could see all this as due to the efforts and attention-to-detail of the Japanese owner, Mr. Kuroda. He greeted guests, made sure everything was run efficiently, and was always available for tips and help. The hotel was up to Japanese standards for sure. Even the fruit juice, fresh fruit and raw vegetables we were able to eat in confidence with his assurances that they were washed carefully in purified water. That made for much wider options for dining. Coffee was excellent and the staff could make a mean cappuccino or espresso, which we valued greatly in the morning! The bed was COMFORTABLE! One of the best beds we've had at a hotel!! One of the waiters, Mr. Ben, told us about and then showed us how to use the app "Grab" for hailing tuk-tuks, giving us the peace of mind of an agreed upon price, not worrying about language barriers, and the safety of knowing what tuk-tuk driver was coming to pick us up. This is a fabulous hotel in every respect.

NetherlandsThis is probably one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The location is perfect; quiet and with a beautiful garden, but still quite central in the busy city that is Phnom-Penh. The personal approach, with a welcome drink, greeting by the owner, restaurant recommendations, friendly staff and the snack and robe waiting for you on the first night really add to the experience. The restaurant and breakfast area outside by the pool are amazing and the food is very fresh and tasty. Would recommend the french toast for breakfast! The rooms are very well decorated and despite some minor elements looking like they could use a slight touch up (paint in the room) they felt very well taken care of.
