Lunch and dinner options were quite expensive compared to other restaurants on the island for very similar quality dishes. The bathroom door can be very loud to close and since it’s outside we were concerned about waking other guests, a small rubber seal along the door frame would fix this completely. No laundry service.

By far the best place either of us have ever stayed in!! The rooms were incredible, so spacious but still cosy, and the bathroom was insanely beautiful. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. The loungers on the beach were perfect and their stretch of the beach was spotless. The food options were delicious and on top of the breakfast you order you are given fresh bread before and fresh fruit after.

Breakfast a la carte.

This place was perfect! We love the view from the bed- you just open your eyes and there is beach and the sea in front of you. Also the outdoor bathroom with flowers was excellent. Everything on the island was so close.

The location is great, super clean beach. We got a upgrade to our room. There was plenty of space, good air conditioning, a mini fridge and it was nicely decorated. The wifi was reliable in all locations. Staff was very nice and helpful including boat taxi service to and from the piers. A few mins walk to the nearest shop. Breakfast was good. One of the best places we have stayed.

The food at the restaurant is a bit disappointing. We always ate out at lunch and at dinner. There are better places to eat along the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Island Center Point. Facilities are really good and the beach is clearly the nicest along Saracen Bay. We could have spent the whole day on the beach cabanas.

lack of activities related to celebration of Khmer New Year. We thought that coming in this time (when prices're usually higher that in other dates) we could experience something more in this special time. Slightly overrated massage services comparing to mainland , but seems it is the same around the island

Clean hotel with spacious rooms and amazing open air bathrooms. If you travel in a group I recomment to book villa. It has 2 separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms for each one and large living room. Nice service, tasty breakfasts

No swimming pool (but you are right on the beach), a bit pricey for bottled water - $4.20 for what you can get for $1 at the shop 200m down the beach. Could have some better lunch & dinner options to compete with the excellent offerings down the beach - (there was a strange peanut like dressing on the falafel salad).

Amazing breakfast in the mornings - so nice not to have a buffet style breakfast but instead have good, well prepared options to choose from. Very helpful staff, helped book the ferry, carry your bags from the ferry etc. Good location right next to the pier, great, clean and really well designed rooms, massive comfy beds and lovely outdoor style showers. Plenty of cabanas by the beach so you never feel you're overcrowded. Great beach shower too. Overall just a really nice hotel - a new top spot in Koh Rong Sanloem for me.

We chose the smallest rooms which maybe a little smaller than I expected from the pictures but it worked allright. Anyway we spent most of the time outside.

We really enjoyed the resort, especially the overall layout and aminities. It looks really bueatiful and the beach set-up (beds) is really nice. Breakfast is a la carte and really nice and we did enjoy one dinner which was also very tasty.

We loved everything about our stay 10/10 However, if you plan on visiting KRS you really must do your research! There are many different types of accommodation on the various beaches around the island. For example Lazy Beach and Sunset Beach are much more remote and perhaps what Saracen Bay looked like 5 years ago. Be aware that the island is most definitely changing, especially on Saracen Bay. Jungle paths across the island are now wide dusty roads, the original authentic accommodation options and restaurants are being demolished, I assume for new hotels. I guess, as tourists wanting air conditioning and modern facilities we have played a part in this 'progress'. Another point to note is that the hotel does not have a swimming pool, no issues for us, the sea was on the doorstep! Lastly, there are bugs and creepy crawlies etc. It is a jungle island after all! Just keep the bathroom door closed!

This is a fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by staff at the pier, who helped us with our bags and took us to the hotel by a smaller boat. We were very lucky to be upgraded and stayed in a 'Deluxe King' which also had a sea view. The room was clean and modern and the outside bathroom was stunning. The air conditioning was powerful and the patio 'balcony' was ideal for drying clothes etc. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, white sand, clear blue water lapping up to the beach cabanas that are luxurious and free for guests. Breakfast was plentiful (you are allowed to order as much as you want) and it was lovely. Moreover, the location is excellent. It is on the nicest part of the beach, we saw no litter etc and you are quite a distance from the louder area. With established hotels either side, I doubt anyone will be building near to the hotel in the future, so it is likely to stay peaceful. We stayed for 5 nights and honestly didn't want to leave. It is an island paradise.

It was close to a beautiful, quiet beach. The room was very nicely decorated and fully equipped with a super comfy mattress and pillows to choose from. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Careful! They wouldn’t accept notes from 2007, which were in perfect condition, directly taken from our bank back home. They said it was a thing in Cambodia, but we had no problems in any other establishments of the island.

Lack of information in the room about the facilities in the hotel. The only information is the mini bar prices and massages. The breakfast, although tasty, is repetitive with the same set menu to choose from. It would be great to have a self service area of pastries, yoghurt and cereal. This would increase the variety. We also found food and drink to be expensive, a large bottle of water was $4 or $4.50 from the restaurant, which is absolutely extortionate! We had one lunch at the restaurant and opted for more affordable places to eat. The other resorts are cheaper for dining options. The sun beds are taken up early, leaving the ones without the curtains left. It would be great for them all to have curtains. Some of them were dirty and needed a wipe.

The rooms are excellent. Really clean and the bed is so comfy. The open air bathroom really added a tropical feel and an air of luxury. The staff are great and super helpful. The breakfast is really tasty. The stretch of beach in front of the hotel is the best in the bay. Walking distance to other shops, bars and restaurants. The coffee at breakfast was excellent quality.

Lack of atmosphere

We had a beach front room & the first thing is the location is stunning The room is large & comfortable Two comments it was a struggle to get beach towels. We had to go to reception at lunchtime on day 2 & even then they seemed reluctant. There should be 2 in the room Secondly the atmosphere is extremely quiet. Which is great during the day but there is nothing to do in the evening or at the beach bar. I think they could do something as we didn't even see an evening menu so we always went down the beach which to be fair is great

The accomodation itself was a perfect coastal getaway. The outdoor style bathroom was amazing and everything was in fantastic quality! All of the facilities were so accomodating and well maintained.

Breakfast is strange, not a buffet style but instead you order from a set list of breakfast dishes, which to be fair seems common in SE Asia. However all the food was a bit disappointing and it lacked sweeter options. The lunch options are surprisingly not too expensive and seemed nicer than breakfast.

Great location, prettiest part of the beach we saw in Saracen bay. The rooms are incredible, especially the bathrooms and the cleaning and room maintenance was amazing. We loved the curtained beds on the beach! We worried we would regret getting a place without a pool but the sea is so lovely that we didn’t regret it once. Staff were all very helpful and the shared spaces were also beautiful, feels like real luxury!

Laundry took around 48 hours to get done but only a minor inconvenience.

Property was beautiful! The room was very clean, extra large king bed and it was super comfortable. Mini bar stocked with tea/coffee making facilities. Bathroom was lovely with a powerful shower, lovely stand alone bath and was a lovely that it was partially outdoors. Food in the restaurant was nice however slightly more pricey than other restaurants on the beach.

The price for the deluxe seaview is over priced for me $180 per night, room decor the same to another 70 80$ room the only difference is seaview however you cannot see clear sea view since it is a bit far from sea and there are trees and beds in front of the room.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is very clean and has a good design, I booked a deluxe seaview room for 2 nights. Fast wifi , great location.

We stayed in the smallest room which was beautiful, but on second sight had some disadvantages. It gets quite hot in the outside area (everything but the bed) during the day. No options to sit besides the futon bed. You hear everything from the direct neighbors. We would recommend the bigger room, which seemed more comfortable and had a nice porch.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and big resort. Comfortable sunbeds. Great breakfast, you order a la carte. But since you could order a second time it's also enough. The food is good, but definitely overpriced even for a resort.

Food in restaurant was really expensive. We ate there one because the pizza was really good. Coffee at breakfast was really weak.

Breakfast was a la cart, the presentation of food was good and it was tasty. Rooms were clean and air con worked well. Kayak available for free use. Beach beds for free use along with beach towels and beach bed curtains on request. Mosquito spray supplied on request.
