Area looks a bit dodgy/dirty but actually its same everywhere around

The bar/restaurant allows smoking which for me as a non-smoker is terrible. Although there's sitting outside if it's raining and you want to enjoy a meal without having to deal with second-hand smoke, your best option is to call room service (however note that our room for a couple only had 1 chair)

Hotel is comfy and amenities are great (very good room, nice pool, gym, room service was good too). ATM at the reception which is convenient. Nice little cafe next to the recepti on too.

Some staff were very rude and I wasn’t allowed to stand in the parking lot to smoke which was weird because there were smoking floors? I also tried to ask for a late checkout because I was super sick and they told me it wouldn’t be possible because my room was booked. Mind you this is a massive hotel and it wasn’t really busy. I then came down again and asked them to stay another night and magically my room was still available.

Nice spacious room and front desk was very nice as well as room service.

Location is in downtown which is not a nice area. The entire floor that my room was on stank of cigarettes. It’s surprising that in this day and age, this hotel allows smoking inside. There are ashtrays with cigarette butts even by the elevator.

The swimming pool was very nice and room was big and very clean but the room stank of cigarette smell. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed was super comfortable.

When we arrived to book in the girl on reception was not welcoming at all only this one person all the other staff security ect where very nice

The room was clean tidy . Only thing i would say on your time of booking Is it does not say there is no window in the room what was disappointing to say the least . But the staff up in the legend restaurant pool bar where lovely. And security staff great and helpful

The bathroom had the shower and toilet in the same cubicle, which meant the floor around the toilet was wet after a shower. Music in the Skybar was too loud to enjoy a drink inside. The area surrounding the hotel is quite rundown.

The room was spacious, clean and had everything you needed - robes, Slippers, bottled water and comfy beds. USB charging points and Netflix were an amazing bonus! The pool area was lovely, nice big pool! It was quiet when we went so plenty of sunbeds available and towels. The staff at the Skybar were great and food was lovely with a huge choice of food on the menu.

The location, road was very narrow and not easy to take a walk or drive out

Staff really does not speak any English at all! We asked for a pen and paper from the waitress and she brought a pineapple shake, :-) Hotel is 95 percent empty, which creates a very strange atmosphere.

The breakfast is poor for the money. The location is not the best one

It’s a really nice hotel. Well maintained, clean and the personnel is quite kind. The amenities (pool, gym,…) are quite nice.

Nothing specific as stayed in the hotel as a stopover before taking the ferry to Koh Rong.

A nice new hotel, clean and comfortable. We stayed in the 'off' season so the city / hotel was not particularly busy which made for a relaxing stay as there were not many people around. The rooftop pool and bar have nice views across the city

the location wasn’t great but you are only $1 - $2 tuk tuk ride from anywhere.

Reception arranged a far too expensive taxi for airport. 20x more expensive than alternative grab! The hotel seemed empty, nobody during evening and breakfast in restaurant.

Large room. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Wifi reasonable.Roof bar has nice overview of city. Friendly staff at restaurant.

Nothing to dislike.

Although we stayed for only one night, we loved everything about this Hotel/resort. Everywhere we went, the property was obviously clean and taken care of. Our room was immaculate, clean and more than comfortable, bed was dreamy. The bathroom was very modern and again, immaculately clean. The rooftop pool area was a great space to hang out, enjoy a meal and drink while looking out over the city and sea. The pool was perfect. The staff are seriously next-level wonderful - warm, caring, professional . While checking in, I realised I had left my phone in the taxi. The staff went above and beyond to locate and have my phone returned to me. I can’t explain how fantastic the team are and how grateful I am for their support and care. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
