The location of the property is perfect by the beach. If you are looking for a place to do nothing and relax this is perfect. Love the fact that we could just pick up the kayak, or water board ( free of cost) and just enjoy the water.

No hot water in the shower or bath. Beware of the wooden base on the bed which sticks out and will hurt you if you are going back to bed in the dark.

The location and friendliness of the staff. There was a good breakfast with various options including eggs and noodles cooked in a variety of ways. The room was spacious. The reception tips for tours were excellent. BBQ was delicious.

The prices of the drinks at the resort are a bit high. So for things like coffee ($3), or a smoothie ($4), those prices were just a bit too much. Even a drop by like 50c on drinks items would have been great. And for someone who doesn't drink alcohol, having a slightly more reasonable drinks option is always amazing.

Absolutely beautiful location. Stunning beach. The most amazing staff. And the room was lovely. And the food was incredible. We went to celebrate a friend's birthday and the hotel was so amazing. They allowed us to reserve and decorate the cabana, helped us with the cake, and really made her birthday so special. The staff here are incredible. For me, good staff make a resort what it is. They are so helpful, so kind and really considerate when it comes to special requests. I also requested a late check out because our boat was only coming at 12:30, and they were really accommodating. Every single day we were greeted with a smile, my room was cleaned to perfection. The food was great at the breakfast. And the station staff at the breakfasts were friendly and so so lovely. I will definitely be back here again. As far as the resort, the facilities are beautiful. 3 pools, and an entire private beach section where outside guests are not allowed so you were guaranteed a nice lounger spot for the day. Cabanas with a fan. Benches with comfy cushions. Amazing excursions, boat trips ($80) for the entire boat and guide with a tour, ($15) a day bike rental, really great to ride around the island and see the other side. Paddle boards and kayaks free to use for hotel guests. Umbrellas in every room for the days it rains (I thought that was a really nice touch) and towels for the beach or pool. Beautiful robes in the bedrooms, so soft and comfy, and they fit! I'm a big girl and those robes were just incredible. Such good quality. And overall just really good attention to detail. What a beautiful holiday.

The food was a bit expensive, but they have to get things imported to the island. I will pay for the food to have a beautiful beach.

The location was beyond amazing. I enjoyed the beach everyday. My room was comfy and secure. The staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The pools were also nice! Breakfast in the morning was included and nice. They had several options. I would definitely consider coming back!

Location is awesome. just 200 meter away from ship docking where you arrive from mainland. Beach is just 50 meter away from resort. Staff is super helpful and friendly. they will try to help you as much as they can

Beautiful room steps away from the pool. A fabulous restaurant to keep you cooler in the heat and sheltered in the occasional afternoon storm. We sat and played cards and had drinks while it rained (wet season). The sun was out most of the time and the beach is crystal clear and the water deliciously warm. There are so many lounging options on the beach. The care from the staff was second to none. Such beautiful people. The resorts is stunning!

Amazing location! One of the most beautiful beaches we have been to in SE Asia. The rooms and facilities are comfortable and the staff is friendly. They have a good restaurant and there is also a nearby street with several restaurant options.

beach front resort with Exceptional staff. Really nice food. The breakfast was the best we've had on our trip through Cambodia. Resort offers 2 great pools and the beach is definitely the best on the Island. The beach and grounds are maintained daily and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. They have snorkelling gear. paddle boards and kayaks to use free of charge. The staff are very engaging and are always looking g to make sure you have all you need without imposing on privacy. There is also massage available at a very reasonable price. This is definitely the place to come and relax and be spoilt. Definitely a GEM in Paradise Very happy to recommend and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you all for an Amazing stay

Everything was dreamy, no reserves !

Honestly, I really LOVED my Time in koh rong at long et resort. Even if I was there not on really Sunny days, all the staff, services and accommodations were so perfect that I forgot the lack of sun. The staff was so kind and helpful with me and my friends, I would definitely recommend to everyone to book a room there !!

You had to continuously buy bottles of water instead of there being somewhere to refill.

Amazing hotel right on the beach with plenty of loungers, access to kayaks & paddle boards as well as a swimming pool. The breakfast was very nice with lots of fruits, western and asian foods. The staff were very helpful when we were travelling to our next island via ferry.

There was nothing to hang wet towels and swimsuits in the bathroom

We booked the room with pool access and it was very nice and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and clean, and the staff extremely friendly. Very good breakfast.

I really appreciate that there was a gym (as I think it’s one of the only places on the island that has one) but it’s a bit outdated. Would love some newer machines and better AC as it gets very warm in there. Everything else is perfect!

This is THE place to stay on Koh rong island. We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 5. Perfect location on the beach and the rooms are beautiful. Staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast is amazing with lots of options (omelettes were so cheesy and good- must try). The beach area is beautiful with tons of sun loungers and have free kayaks and snorkels to use. Would definitely come back! (Very cute black dog that lives there - give him some bacon for me)

Room lighting is poor, with just two overhead lights. PowerPoints in very awkward places. Room needs a drying rack for swimwear, or some hooks for towels as we ended up with clothes and towels on top of each other so nothing dried. No aircon in gym and poor quality equipment.

Lovely staff who can’t do enough for you. They make it like a home from home. Beautiful beach front! Gorgeous views. They were extremely kind to us on our anniversary..!

Nothing. It was exceptional.

We had the most amazing stay here. The facilities are exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. The photographs on Booking.com do not do it justice. This resort really was five star for this island. The staff were polite and helpful and could not do enough to help. The location is perfect and it really is a paradise location. It reminded us of our stay in the Maldives a number of years ago. The food served in the restaurant was also extremely good and well priced. A good mix of local cuisine and more western cuisine. We recommend the beef burgers and pizza! The communication from the hotel was excellent and they arranged a taxi to pick us up from our hotel in Phnom Penh and take us to the port at really short notice. They also arranged for a minibus to take us back to our hotel in Phnom Penh upon our return. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this resort and would love to return again in the future. Well done to the staff team! Loved it here. The best part of our travel around Cambodia so far!

When you are on the beach, we would like to see more service from the staff! We had to walk to the restaurant to order! Maybe it’s because we are British ;)

Extremely friendly staff, many different swimming pools, restaurant/bar offered amazing food (try the spring rolls). Paddle boarding and Kyaking is free. This was evidently the best hotel on long set beach

Amazing place. Location is few minutes walk from long set pier. We were meet at the pier and helped us with our luggage when we arrived and helped us to the pier when we were leaving. Staff are very helpful. Amenities are great. Loved sitting by the beach plenty of benches. There are also cottages for options.
