Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwitzerlandNothing to mention! We loved it.
Very nice hotel. We booked the suite right at the pool and enjoyed the stay very much. We had the privacy we‘re looking for and the pool was excellent to relax after the hot and long visit of Ankor Wat. Close to some nice restaurant and easy to vidit everything by Tuk Tuk which are waiting right outside the hotel.

United KingdomThe restaurant is very nice to look at although, we didn't eat in it other than breakfast. The prices are astronomical, we had 2 beers whilst sat by the pool $8.00 US, the average price anywhere else $1.40 to $2.00. I didn't see anybody eating there in the 2 weeks we stayed but there were always 2-3 restaurant staff sat there playing on their phones and a musician in the evening. Housekeeping can be bit a bit patchy sometimes they forget to to leave water or towels.
Lovely hotel just off the main road. Nice large a/c rooms, Good breakfast and coffee. There is a school next which can get a bit noisy at times but it didn't bother us.

SpainNo deal breakers but some oddities in our family suite. No plates, things to cook with or utensils even though it had a kitchen. They only provided glasses. There was a missing tv in the living area with only the stand and cables coming from the wall. Incomplete mini bar, but we went to 7/11 nearby for our snacks.
Breakfast was good, the staff friendly and location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We were greeted with a signature cocktail and fresh fruit in the room. Relaxing in the pool in the lovely garden after a hot day of visiting temples was a highlight for us. They also provided afternoon tea and musical entertainment.

United StatesI wish I would have stayed a couple more days. 3 nights wasn't long enough, and really could have spent another 2-3 nights in Siem Reap and to enjoy the hotel.
Wonderful boutique hotel tucked away in a quiet alley away from the noise and busy Siem Reap streets. Loved the natural setting with all the trees and flowers, and the pool was a nice oasis to soak in after a long hot day at the Temples or around town. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and made me feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Siem Reap. There are also a couple markets right next to the hotel that are worth walking through.

What a beautiful property with the kindest staff you could imagine. They all went out of their way to help us in any way possible and were always there with a smile. The room we had was huge and comfortable. The shower was fantastic and it is so quiet. The hotel is located off the street so it is a lot less noisy than others. The pool area was fabulous and it was kept so clean. Breakfast was great as well. Such a great stay.

United KingdomSome furnishings need a little smartening up. The hotel can’t help this, but the dogs in the area bark a lot of the night.
Beautiful oasis in the city, large rooms. Great to have tuk tuk drivers outside to nip us around the city. Beds comfy. We really enjoyed the pool.

Firstly the friendliness and politeness of everyone working at Mane - thank you . We loved the design of the hotel - two storey villas all facing onto the pool and the trees and greenery - a real oasis in the heat of Siem Reap . The rooms are huge and comfortably furnished . Our room 4.2 was on the first floor . A short tuk tuk ride to the centre - it's easily walkable but at 94 degrees in February we only did it once . A great base for Siem Reap and the temples .
