The accommodation was perfect. Quiet place close to the center. 20 minutes walk, 5 minutes by bike. The room was beautiful, clean, tidy. The owner was very helpful. The staff was nice. The owner lent us bikes to travel around Battambang. Possibility of washing clothes 1kg = 1$. I can recommend the accommodation.

we had an excellent stay at Primprey. the welcome was perfect, he speaks relatively good English and helped us with everything "on the side" (bus, scooter, etc.). In addition our daughter had fun with hers, and the whole family is very nice. We will be delighted to come back in the coming years. Simple clean accommodation air-conditioned, with very good breakfast. Bungalows located in nice garden with feeling like a jungle. I would recommend to others without problems.

Mr Primprey and his family were amazing, my daughter and I went out for the day and she got heat stroke and we returned to the house and him and his family took such good care of us. Even sent out for extra ice and gave us a fresh towel to keep - they were so kind.

The outdoor bathroom can be difficult as there are many mosquitos at night, making it uncomfortable to shower or use the toilet. Beds were also very firm. Nevertheless it was an enjoyable stay.

Primprey was a gracious host, extremely informative, and clearly genuinely cares about his business and his customers. The room was safe and comfortable. Location was secluded.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is very welcoming place, family is so nice. Very good rooms and breakfast. Bikes and moto available for rent. The whole atmosphere of the place is just great. The owner also helped us to organize our transport to Thailand. For sure we would stay here if back in Battambang.

Everything was great!

Had a lovely stay at Primprey Second Home! The rooms were super clean, and the bathroom had a cool half-open design with a roof, so it stayed dry even when it rained. The garden was massive, full of flowers and fruit trees (home grown pomelo fruit was a delight), which made it feel so relaxing. Primprey was such a helpful host, showing us around and making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was really tasty, and it was great to have bikes available for rent. Would definitely recommend it for a chilled and enjoyable stay!

Bit sad was that there was no water in the pool and that it „belongs“ only to one of the other rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay and Pimprey was a great host. The room was super clean and perfectly equipped. We enjoyed that we could open the windows at night because there was mosquito protection, we almost never had this in all other accommodations for that price. Pimprey was very kind, we could even use his kitchen to prepare our own food. Breakfast was also great with croissants, fresh fruits, great coffee and even local breakfast as we asked for it. Pimprey has his own tuk tuk to drive you around to bamboo train etc… as Pimprey had other guests for a tour, we went with another guide „mr Kay“. He was great too and very flexible (as we did not do all the stops of the „normal“ tour). Highly recommended!

Mr Primprey helped us all along with everything we needed for our trip. He drove us into town himself and to the batcave. He was always available and accomodating. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We had an outside area. It was lovely. We loved our stay there

Lovely new property, we had a great stay. Wish we’d allowed longer in our trip to stay an extra night. The owner is so welcoming & does everything he can to ensure you have the best stay. Great value for money, amazing outdoor bathroom which is modern & very clean, cosy beds, great AC, nice outdoor area & a brilliant breakfast - a huge selection to set you up for the day. Great location just out of town and bike rental available, highly recommend & hope we get chance to return.

This modern, pristine, and comfortable property is marvelous. The staff is very warm, accommodating and generous. I was even able to rent a bicycle to get around. It is not far from City Center. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Mr. Primprey! You were like family. Best of luck!!

Yes, we found our Second Home!! A place where we would love to stay forever! Primprey Second Home in Battambang moved the world for us. Giving another meaning to the word homestay. As this is where we would want to stay and make it our home. The owner is one particularly smart guy. Although still new in the business, his kind and caring personality will grow this place into one of the best in the whole of South East Asia. He went out of his way to make our stay a very memorable one. The royal treatment started with a warm welcoming on arrival to the train station by the owner himself. Ice cold face cloths as we get into his car is just what we needed after a six hour train journey. Such a special touch.....and this is the person we came to meet here in Cambodia. As soon as you think things can't get any better, Mr Primprey comes up with another treat - too many to mention on here. If you come and stay here you can know that you are in for a treat! Chhun thank you to you and the other members of your lovely family for all you have done to make our stay a memorable and unforgettable one!

As Mr. Primprey said he just started his business, so there was no restaurant to fill-up our empty bellies. However he was helpful in directing us to a nearby one. Another consideration is the distance from the city center. But the satisfaction of your stay is worth the extra mile.

The owner, Mr. Primprey, was on hand to help us check in. A very accomodating fellow and easy to talk to. Our one-day stay was made wonderful in his narration of the property*s history and his future plans. On departure day when it seemed that our pick-up will not come, he offered us his car to drive us to the bus station for Siem Reap. Appreciated the offer very much. Luckily our tuk-tuk pick-up arrived and we were driven off to the station. Good luck Mr. Primprey in your expanding business venture and God bless.
