The air conditioner didn’t work properly in extreme heat, the last night not at all until maintenance came then it was good.

Location was right on the river with a fabulous balcony. Spacious 75m* room. Restaurants and bars surrounded us.

Nothing to dislike, just important to note there are no hotel-type facilities other than the elevator.

Great location, with views out onto the Tonle Sap/Mekong River; river-facing rooms also having great view of riverfront promenade from comfortable balcony (fun for people-watching from a distance). Tiny lobby and no hotel-type facilities other than mini-fridge, but there is an elevator (important for the 4th-floor “penthouse” rooms!). Daytime front desk staff spoke English well and responded helpfully to direct questions. Room decor was simple and comfortable, and rooms were very nice size.

The water pressure in the bathroom handbasin was poor, almost non existent. I informed reception. The decor wasn't as good as the rooms on the third and fourth floors, but that didn't detract from the overall experience.

Wonderful spot on the river's edge so easy access to the sights of PP. Large, well equipped room with a very comfortable bed and furnishings. Great view from the balcony. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The bed could have been softer but having said that it was better than most Cambodian beds.

Excellent location just off the riverfront. Our balcony had a super view of the river in one direction and the fascinating city to the other. Busy riverfront road is closed every Saturday and Sunday evening so that everyone can stroll and mingle unimpeded. Plenty of bars, cafes, sky-bars and restaurants to enjoy and a short stroll to the Royal Palace and many other attractions. The excellent owner and his staff are always available for a chat, advice and help with bookings for ferries etc. Cleanliness was excellent and the room fridge was actually silent! We stayed 7 nights and were sorry to leave.

Not major dislikes. Compared to other hotels in the area, the room does not have a river view, breakfast, or pool. But nothing to miss out on if you're down for an adventure in Phnom Penh--try local foods for breakfast, or venture out most day.

The room is so spacious for hotels in that location, not to mention well-designed and has great amenities. I really enjoyed the coffee that was provided at the pantry! Most importantly, it is strategically located: by the river with beautiful sunrise, close to the main attractions - the Wat Phnom Daun temple, the Night Market, the Royal Palace, the Central Market, great local eateries selling Khmer foods, and pubs with happy hour. The mini bar prices are very reasonable, too, which was convenient when I needed a quick bottle of water.

It got a bit hot in Phnom Penh, but I don't think that's really their fault. Apart from that, perfect. Not the cheapest, but excellent value.

Probably the best service I've ever received from any hotel, and I stay in a lot of hotels. The hotel is great: fantastic riverside location, adjacent to, but not in, the 'lively' nightlife scene, huge room, spotless and extremely comfortable, but the staff were absolutely outstanding. I had a couple of issues, and they were an incredible help with both, and prevented a drama becoming a crisis. The next time, I won't look anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Hot water didn’t run for long enough to me. I need to time my shower if I want to take a hot bath (not too hurry though overall)

The location was across the street from the Mekong river which gives the fresh vibe, quite at night even though the next stress was a lot of bars and night life going on.

We loved the care provided by staff members. The space in the apartment was wonderful and location was perfect to observe New Year's Eve celebrations. There are all restaurants and shops with many options of food, so you can grab breakfast downstairs or order via Grab app.

Air conditioning not sufficient for size of premium rooms. Staff kindly offered me option to leave on 24/7. Property is too hot. Issue needs addressing. Bathroom a little tired. Bathtub marks made getting in not a priority. Outside late night noise a mild annoyance
