Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomFor other travellers be warned lots of monsquito as to be expected in the forest - bring spray! We also had a few friends visit the cabin but all part of the fun🦎
Great location out of the way of the main beach strip but still only 5 minute walk away from bars/restaurants Bungalows were nice with few fans and mosquito nets. Comfy beds and everything you’d need. Staff were really friendly & very helpful. You are able to rent mopeds, and we were provided with mosquito coils when we were sat outside in evening. Provided with new towels during our stay Great value for the price thanks for having us :)

United KingdomSome of the other guests were noisy and the walk up to the accommodation was quite dirty. In general it was sad how dirty the island was, especially Kaoh Touch centre, and we both got ill while there. This is no reflection on the property itself though.
The bungalows are set back slightly from the beach and away from the noise/hustle and bustle. It was basic but clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive eg offering us mosquito repellent for the deck outside. There are lots of mosquitos but you’re in the jungle on an island so…

United StatesScreens would be nice, a bit buggy. Property itself was picked up well. But much trash just before entrance. Think there's some ongoing construction there but some effort should be put into removing trash.
Large rustic cabins. Free water and coffee every day. Friendly helpful staff. Away from noise of the town. Nice family business. Many bars and restaurants easily accessible.

United KingdomI could have done with a couple of coat hangers and maybe a mirror in the bedroom. The mosquitoes are a problem, but thats nature. The owners did bring citronella sticks when they saw you sitting on the deck.
The staff are very friendly and the price is reasonable. Literally 2 minutes walk from the restaurants etc.

United KingdomThe only issue we had was there were lots of mosquitoes in the room, so we left with quite a few bites - however, these bungalows are inland in forest area thus bugs and flies are a given!
Staff were very friendly and helpful, location was ideal and the bungalow was clean and comfortable👍🏼

Netherlandsthe bedsheet was too small and after a night of sleep it came loose from the matrass. This is our main point of improvement, because its very annoying.
Very calm location in the forest. Large, clean but basic bungalows and great to have a balcony with table and hammock. Staff is really friendly.

IndiaThere was a giant frog in the bathroom who kept coming again and again even after being thrown out. We had to request for a soap. They initially said it's not in the package. But later provided one.
The manager is helpful. The location is good. There's a typical island vibe. We had a fun time there. The manager gave us 3 free water bottles.

Great owner with such a helpful attitude and doing this with his heart. We had great talks. Good location a bit side from to main road. The area itself is clean from trash. Bungalow is spacious with nice hammock to chill on the terrace. Not too many mosquitos. Nice stay overall!

Germany- Terribly slow WiFi (1,000 Kps) in both bungalows' morning, afternoon, and evening. I could do almost nothing. Something that took about 5 seconds at home took about 10-15 minutes in the bungalow, if it was even possible. The 5G WiFi didn't work. This was very frustrating. - Check out When I wanted to pay, the manager wasn't there. There was only one young man there who was only interested in the video games on his smartphone and not in my problems. But he called the manager, who arrived shortly afterwards on his motorcycle. - When I arrived, there was no electricity for about 15-20 minutes. - One night the people in the adjacent bungalow were making a lot of noise on their balcony at 3am where they were loudly chatting with a guest. There was an intense argument. One said to me: Do you want to fight with me? -The hotels on Koh Rong are ridiculously overpriced for Cambodia, but the beaches are very nice.
- Quiet No street noise as the bungalow is not located on a road, chickens and dogs are a little further away. - Comfortable double bed 2 m long with mosquito net and a comfortable single bed with mosquito net - Friendly - Large bathroom with hot water - Balcony with hammock and small table - Next bungalow is approx. 5 – 10 meters away. - They gave me another bungalow because my neighbors were making noise at 3am on the first night. - Short walk to restaurants, mini markets, travel agencies, bars, beach, ferries. - Easy to find from the ferry if you ask for directions. - Bungalow is not hot. There is good ventilation. You don't need air conditioning. If you want a large quiet bungalow, this is the place for you. Then you shouldn't book a hotel close to the beach in town because there are a lot of bars with loud music and a lot of motorbikes that are constantly driving up and down.

GermanyI should have asked for a broom to get rid of the beach in the room after a day.
The owner and his staff were very friendly and helpful. The bungalow is spacious with big windows and has 2 big comfy beds with perfectly fitting Moskito nets. It’s a wooden bungalow with natural cracks and airing under the roof. The bathroom is also big with hot shower, but simple though. The location is up the hill behind Koh Touch in the forest. Close enough to the pier, bike rental and eateries, but away from the crowds. We considered it perfect.

IsraelThe Bungalows are in the forest and you can feel and hear it all the time. It means that there are a lot of mosquitos (although the host tried to give us candle against them). Also at night there are fruits falling from the trees on the roof of the bungalow which is kind of scary in the middle of the night. And the wifi is very bad
The bungalow was spacious and nice, the host did his best to help us to have good time

NetherlandsThere wasn’t much wrong with the bungalow itself, but what really bothered us was the number of mosquitoes and some geckos. Since it’s a bungalow, they can easily get inside, which means lots of mosquitoes in the room and occasionally a small gecko dropping on the floor. Of course, this isn’t really the hotel’s fault, but it did affect our stay. They provide mosquito nets for every bed and incense, but even with the nets, we still got bitten a lot. If this is something you dont find bothering than this stay is perfect for you :)
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful; they were always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The scooter rental was very affordable, which made exploring the area easy. The location is great, just a short distance from the village. It truly felt like a real bungalow experience – you get your own little house with a hammock and a veranda
