Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

My booking originally one night , but I extended with front desk team longer and longer. Soviet, Monita, Kia, Duke are amazing: they help with everything you need.

Mosquito are around.
The hostel was great. Swimming pool, pool table, restaurant, tour activities, All in One there. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Soviet, the guys who speaks English very well.

We can say the light in the room was a little dim, but you don't go to Cambodia to stay in the room.
The staff was helpful, with quick response and proactive. The location was very quiet, with solid rules about quiet time. Big and comfortable room, with lots of space to even dance if you insisted. The pool was a touch of elegance. Parking for the scuter in front of the reception on the street. Safe, no problem there. Close to the city center, but in a silent area.

It’s a steep walk up, but that’s ok.

There were so many mosquitos in the room as there was a broken fan in the wall which led right to outside. Got bitten to death, tried to kill them but more and more just came in through out the days.
Very easy, great location. Lovely pool and helpful staff.

My first day I had the bed next to air conditioner and it was too cold. Luckily I could moved next day to another bed and everything it's fine!!
Amazing stuff!!! From the moment I arrived I felt so welcomed. The place feels like home! Duk and Monita are exceptional stuff, they are so funny, so friendly and help you with everything you need!!! Thank you so much!!!!

I had a private room and it was clean and quiet. I would just say to be prepared that the place is rustic and tucked away on a dirt path. None of this really bothered me but it just surprised me.
The staff really made the place. The bartender is really nice to chat with and Monita and friends at the front desk really went above and beyond giving local advice as well as being able to personalize and joke with you in a fun way.

A lot of mosquitos.
I stayed here for 1 day but i booked another booking to extend because my stay was great. The pool is big and warm and clean, the room is filled with a lot of people but everyone respected. Soviet, Rory, Kea, and Duk are very friendly and positive.

Great place, the location is nearby everything such as market, restaurants, Pubstreet. The staff is the the of the hostel, one of them is very attentive, helpful and super friendly - huge thanks to Soviet.

Helpful staff. Nice and clean bathroom. Sunrise Angkor Wat is a really nice tour. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and also the pub street. This hostel can be both a party hostel or a place to chill, depending on what you choose to do.

Nothing regarding the property but beware of the food vendors in the local market as I got very sick from eating there!
The staff here were so lovely and attentive. The pool area is also really lovely.

We got $5 extra charge for extra 5y old kid, and we moved to another place as the room was fully booked.
Reasonable to stay! The hostel is located near the center, available with swimming pool, restaurant. All the staff are friendly and helpful, Soviet is the one who very care about guests.

The hotel is located close to the "Old Market" and "Pub Street"!! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean stay with overly helpful staff especially Soviet who is very friendly and helpful.

Mosquito are around and dogs barking during the night.
We had a great time at this hostel in Siem Reap. Staff made the stay more fantastic, they were friendly and helpful, Soviet on of the receptionist team was very attentive.
