I like this place. Nice location in the city centre, but pretty calm. Dorms are clean and comfortable and for the amzing price. There si bar and swimming pool, amazing for chilling. There nice restaurants and bars, pub street, shops, old market, everything is in the walking distance. And you stay in good neighbourhood. Staff are really friendly and helpfull. They provide a lot of tours options and informations, nice. I extended my stay here two times without any troubles, especially because of Ms. Jerry, whi helped me so much. Thank you.

Very kind and friendly staff (especially Jerry ♡ ), peaceful atmospree, cheap price for food and drinks. Water refill is available. Payment accepted both in cash of card. Rooms are clean. I would be happy to come back to that hostel!

The property is quite dated and the bedroom was quite musty, we didn't used the wardrobe in the room as there was mould visible inside. The bedroom curtains were not very thick so when the sun came up the room became bright. A small purchase of an eye mask sorted that but it is just something to keep in mind. The water pressure varied shower to shower, sometimes we got lucky and had a nice shower other times the water trickled. Also no hairdryers in the room or available to rent/borrow from reception. We were advised to attend the local hairdressers who washed and dried our hair for $6.

The staff were very friendly in the hostel and helped us to arrange trips. The location of the property is very good with a short walk to local markets, bars, restaurants and of course Pub street. We had a private triple room with ensuite booked for 4 nights. The room had 3 large single beds which were comfortable. The pool was nice to have also as it was extremely warm when we visited.

The only drawback for me was that there were no curtains per bed in the dormitories, so there was little privacy.

Super location in a quiet street. Maximum 5 min walk to get to the different markets, the Pub street is really just next door too. The hotel offers various packages for the floating village and Angkor at reasonable prices. The hotel staff are really nice and attentive, always there to answer our questions. A big dedication to Duk, Jerry and Kea with whom we had quite a few laughs and chats, it was great. 😁

Had a great stay here. We booked a double room and were upgraded to a family room, which was a bonus. The room was clean and spacious. And most importantly quiet at night. The communal area was a nice place to relax with a coffee or a beer. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Chanthou who is an absolute sweetheart. Thank you!

The staff was really friendly. The room was spacious and clean. We had hot water and the wi-fi worked properly. The pool was also clean and the common area was pleasant to be in. They also assist with booking a multitude of tours and transportation to the airport.

We had a great stay here. The staff were all friendly, in particular Jerry who helped us extend our stay and also helped us book on our tours of the temples, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed the pool and the room was clean. Overall, it was great value for money and Jerry was excellent.

Ever so slight criticism is the staff only know their own tours, little to no knowledge of other things like Apopos. You have to find out and they arrange the tuk tuk.

Great location about 5 minutes walk to Pub Street. As with all Cambodian hostels it is spotless. Staff really nice and friendly. Pool and bar area excellent and wifi works great.

Small details such as clothes hanger or rack should not cost much to have it in the room. Otherwise no complains.

The twin room was definately worth it. Almost all staffs was courteous and helpful. I had a minor hiccup with a staff which was resolved. Rooms were exceptional for the price I paid. So close to all places... Location location location. Price price price

The communication about the policy (most likely from the management) is a bit aggressive. For example there is a sign warning that if you bring food or drinks from outside you will be charged 10$. Or even worse, if you enter the swimming pool after 10pm, you will be "punished" with 50$ fee. We understand these policies, but the threats and charges are definitely not necessary!

The staff is really nice: particularly Chanthou, the young lady at the restaurant in the morning and the young man at the bar in the evening.

The only down point is that the staff were not happy that we had booked onto a tour with someone else and not with them, and seemed quite pressured to go with them instead - we did change our tour and the tour itself was good even if we left later than expected for the sunrise. Food not great

Mosquitoes made it into our room, but that’s a very common thing in this region, so not really the hostel’s fault.

Wonderful staff. We were welcomed by Coco and immediately felt at home. The facilities are great, with a restaurant on site with fair prices and good food, just by the swimming pool. The pool table was very forgiving so I felt like I was actually good at this game. We had a long chat with the receptionist Chanthou which gave us a better insight about Cambodia, she’s a very nice person. I’m very happy I chose this hostel and would definitely come back again.
