The lights in the room were too dim to our liking. There were no mirrors in the main area of the room. The hairdryer was in the wardrobe and not in the bathroom area. It was really inconvenient to dry hair in the main area instead of in the bathroom and a disturbance to the second person in the room.

Front desk officers and waiters at level 1 restaurant were welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Excellent service. Room was big enough and clean.

Lobby vibe, Not very nice, Not cozy seating ,suit teenager. I’m a mature .

I dislike breakfast , prefer caffe machine like Nespresso. I want more salad bar and several kind of cheese. Totally , want more kind of food. It’s good location, near my location of my clients . I really love a set of shower fixtures,like a waterfall. Very good 👍

The staff were the best part of the hotel, they were so attentive, friendly and kind. It was my partners birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special for her. The breakfast is the best in Phnom Penh hands down. The room was comfortable and very nice with an amazing view.

All the staff exceptionally friendly helpful and very good. Very good advantage of having hot cold filter water dispenser in the room. Good sauna steam separate men and women. and swimming pool. Good restaurants.

A well-managed hotel with efficient and friendly staff, perfect facilities for both business travellers and holidaymakers, large and comfortable rooms (judged by the one I had), and a great breakfast. A bit out of town but with splendid views of the river; you will need transfers. Although on a main road into town, it is quiet, albeit there is little nearby in terms of entertainment or restaurants (the one in the hotel that I tried served good Italian-style food but no local fare).

The hotel is just fantastic. Everything that you need is inside the walls of the hotel . Massage fitness spa swimming . Food out of this world . Room service best . I can’t praise it enough . This was my 3rd time to stay there . Well done to Chris and staff . Jim from Ireland

I guess NYE was pretty hectic for Sun&Moon, so we didn’t really get the warmest welcome (e.g. offering to take our bags, or a proper welcome greeting when we arrived) & also the parking space need guards who are attentive to safely direct where the guests should park and if there were parking spaces still available, when we arrived in our car they were just standing there, did not even flag us down to ask if we were going as guests or just dropping off guests.

I loved that we had an uninterrupted view of the New Year Fireworks on that side of the city we were on.

There is much to dislike about this hotel and its facilities

I had a wonderful 4 day stay at the sun and moon. This is a very nice hotel with a very comfortable bed, the gym was great and there is a nice pool. This hotel is a distance from the city, though close to markets and restaurants.

To add some sugar free juices or no sugar milk like almond milk with no sugar added.

The breakfast have lots of meal choices. The salads area could improve with the small tomatoes to be added and the olive oil alone the regular salad toppings. On the whole great choices of dishes.

We had a bit of challenge with the reception staff. Not their mistake but they could have handled the situation better. We could not find our golf bag tags and they refused to give us the bags. It had to go through a long process and finally we got them resulting in waste of time for everyone. Again, we do understand it’s required for safety of guests but all I am saying is that the situation should have been dealt properly. We were made to realise as if we are trying to steal someone else’s bags. This could also be understandably a language issue.

Good location, good breakfast, comfortable beds. Overall good value for money.

As good as the hotel itself is, it's a bit off the city centre. As a pedestrian in Phnom Penh you really shouldn't plan on walking longer distances than about 1 kilometre. Pavements don't really exist and when they do they're used for something else like parking or stalls. You end up using a Tuk Tuk all the time

Brandnew hotel with everything you can expect. The breakfast options were excellent, there's something for every taste.

Best place I have stayed in a long time, I treated myself to a 5* with a great gym for my birthday. I was not disappointed, the gym was brilliant all top of the range equipment for any fitness level. The staff were amazing and I had was surprised by a birthday cake at breakfast and a second one at lunch around the pool. Chenda welcomed us from day one and her and every member of Staff went above and beyond 🙏

the Coffee could be of a better brand..sitting in the pot it was not great as expected.The HOT milk turned cold and was replenished often enough

Breakfast was adequate and well thought of items..NO re[eat for 3 days were there.. the Live/Egg counter Chef was GOOD on all days...

I can’t find fault with the Hotel, some people may find it’s too far out from all the bars and restaurants and tourist sights, you can’t walk anywhere from the hotel it’s a 20 minute Tuk Tuk ride, but myself I liked to get away from the very busy and noisy city centre.

The breakfast was superb, such a big selection and a lovely dining room. The pool was beautiful, it must have one of the best views in the world. The staff go out of their way to help you and are so friendly. The Hotel is such a pleasant place to relax after a day in the busy hot city. Great shower in the bathroom and a nice hot and cold water dispenser in the bedroom. They even have a Bentley as a courtesy car !

Quality of service quite poor (zero initiative from staff giving the impression that they are not here to help and assist but only to control & cash in). Greedy on amenuities: no towel and soap for handwash in toilet, no soap/shampoo close to the bath, only one soap…
