Smell of cigarette smoke in the room, although not sure if the fan pulled it in from the corridor Tiles falling olf the wall, although to be fair, once reported they did fix it immediately It's a bar where the expats come to drink from fairly early on, so if you don't mind that then this is good basic accommodation.

Good location, staff pleasant and helpful. A good b'fast bap to go! Bar prices are really good.

Owner and staff are great. Room is above the pub which is friendly and welcoming. Located on riverside in the area of touris and expat action. Keep in mind the room is basic but everything worked and there are balconies on each floor for fresh air or for smokers Happy with my stay.

I didn’t realize that a “guesthouse” is supposed to be connected to a bar when I booked, but if that’s not your thing, it’s something to keep in mind. I was fine with it but my friend wasn’t because she didn’t like the vibe of the bar, which is kind of like a dive bar. What I really didn’t like was tiny roaches in the tiny bathroom. This is a good place to crash or like rendez vous… On google maps there’s a reviewer that claims he has been to hundreds of hotels in Phnom Penh but he likes this one best; why would some one do that to begin with? Great location just on the fringe of the entertainment area. 24hr access. Super friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room given the budget price. Exceeded expectations by a lot.

No locks on the doors. When asked to change room was told all the rooms had broken locks. Was very unsafe for a lone woman travelling. Place seemed full of western men looking for sex workers. Could not stay 1 night here and asked for a refund. Was given $10 rather than the full $24.

Room smelled of smoke as did the whole premises. Even as a smoker myself it was unpleasant. Shower didn't work so had to wash crouched down under a tap. Despite being cheap I expected a lot more than what I got. Bed was hard as rock, and all the mirrors in the room (well use your imagination!!). Wouldn't recommend at all.

Toilet in the bathroom did not flush properly from arrival at the hotel. Multiple small cockroaches found coming out of the sink fixtures in the bathroom. The hotel is in a great location however the bathroom facilities are not on par unfortunately.

the rooms where old and had a terrible smell of sewage that they tried to cover up with some horrible fruit perfume before we walked in but it slowly wore off. the sheets had yellow stains and hairs all over them. the bathroom was tiny. no window and bad lighting. you have to walk through a bar to get to your rooms that stinks of cigarettes and plays loud music that can be heard till late. the staff where unhelpful and did not try to make our stay any better. would you not recommend to anyone, the price didn’t even help as it was not cheap compared to what you can get for the money
