Pool area was great. Attentive & friendly staff. Cocktails by the pool including good happy hour deals that you can enjoy while you’re swimming. Family friendly. Room serviced daily. Tuk tuks available out the front whenever you require & so affordable to get into town and back.

Mosquitos.. we had to use replements each night. And children of guests were under control, but hotel has nothing to do with it. It would be totally amazing to have this place as adults only.

Wide room, comfy bed, a lot of extra utilities, tasty breakfast, silence, privacy, very beautiful, water temperature was amazing since outside was 38 degrees. Tasty coctails.

Not enough coffee in room. The listing is deceptive, it suggests you can check in and check out at any time, but if you arrive before 8am they try and slap you with a $10 early check in charge and $8 for breakfast (this breakfast is definitely not worth $4 a head!). It’s unfortunate as it causes a bad feeling……although I didn’t pay either. They should make the listing clearer.

I loved this hotel! The rooms are really very nice, lovely bathroom, loads of hot water. Toiletries, sdb, tv, sofa, balcony. Lovely pool, wonderful staff, very good food

Not a big problem but walking distance to downtown is a little bit far. You better take tuktuk, which is also fun :)

There was nothing I didn't like.

I loved everything about our 4 night stay - the staff were outstanding and couldn't be more gracious and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early in the morning and the staff managed to get our rooms cleaned and sorted for an early check-in. All the food was cooked fresh to order and was delicious and nutritious. Gin and tonic and the iced cappuccino was exceptional. Looking forward to seeing you again in 2026.

It bit further from town main hub. Will need a TikTok to get to town however there’s always one available in front . It’s about 5-7 min to get to town.

I didn’t like that there were no lights around the stairs. coming back to our room at night and dark was scary because we didn’t want to get hurt going up.

I like that the property was away from the noise and busy streets but still close enough from pub street.

I didn't like having to find insects in my room when I was going to sleep, I found a spider and a gecko, I asked for help at reception and the employee went to my room with a broom to kill them, but unfortunately the insect was not found. , I only managed to kill the spider days later. I also didn't like the language barrier since it is a four star hotel and the least I think is that English is spoken, many times I called the reception asking for support and they couldn't understand me and I also had to repeat the same thing several times until it was understood. The food also gave me some concern as I got diarrhea the day after eating fried rice, I realized that there is a family of cats near the kitchen and sometimes these cats access the kitchen where the food is prepared. I had to complain about the cleaning a few times for them to do the job properly since the floor wasn't cleaned very well and it was still possible to find dirt on the floor after the professional left. I found several mosquitoes in the room and killed some, I felt afraid of being bitten by someone and developing serious illnesses such as dengue or malaria. I had numerous complaints to make to the reception and many times at night there was no one prepared to deal with the guests' problems at night, the reception had to call the hotel manager who was already at home to be able to help me and even then it was impossible communication and the problem is resolved. Many times I requested breakfast in bed and the wrong order was delivered several times and things were missing.

I don't know if I hate or love this hotel because a lot of things happened but then in the end everything worked out and was resolved. The pool is really nice and I love spend time there. The staff are very friendly and attentive, they like to help but are not prepared to deal with guests' challenges. The hotel manager was very friendly and to alleviate the problems caused to me he offered me a 15% discount on all the food I ordered. The laundry service is very good and they wash the clothes by hand, I was afraid the clothes would be destroyed but I was surprised when I saw that the clothes smelled great and looked good. Breakfast sometimes had no options and was not replenished. If you prefer to have breakfast in public, I suggest you request breakfast in bed as there will be more options served. The cleaning improved after I complained and the TV has Netflix. The location of the hotel is not good but don't worry about that because you can order Tuk Tuk on the Grab app and pay very cheap, you will be in the city center in 5 minutes, There is also a circus very close to the hotel. The hotel has several animals such as frogs and you can find them around at any time.

The AC wasn’t working too well, which made it really hot, but when we addressed the issue to the staff they let us sleep in another room until it was fixed and provided us with a fan! Thank you.

Nothing, really!

The pool was lovely, breakfast was nice, and more than you need, while the room was large, comfortable and with a spacious balcony. No complaints at all. The staff were great, very attentive without being intrusive/overbearing at all. It was a pleasure to stay there, and I plan to again.
