The hotel was a pleasant surprise for us, This was our first visit in siemreap looking for a place to stay without breaking the bank and I can say that this is one of the best place I've stayed in compare to vietnam and laos. The pool was nice and water temperature was just right for us, not too cold not too warm. The restuarant staff was nice and friendly even gives out free teas and let us taste their new drinks, it was very good. The front team arranged a tour for us to visit the angkor wat temples and a few more it was a great experiences, everything was ready on time and got everything we needed ready, recommend doing the tour around 8:00-10:00AM in the morning, The room was quiet and comfortable and the room service was perfect, less then 30mins arranging our room when we request one. Can recommend anyone looking for a great stay in Siemreap!

The staff is one of the best I have ever dealt with! When we arrived to our room we had rose petals waiting for us and other honeymoon decorations - They are very nice and attentive. The rooms are great, The bathrooms and everything in the hotel is nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. The hotel team organised a tour for us to the temples and it was great. Love to come back for a another stay!

In classic Asian style the couch was perhaps not comfortable to Western tastes, but it doesn't need to be! Hotel is clearly not new, but very clean and well maintained.

This was an incredible value for money and perfect for our needs--we were both just taking a night off to binge Netflix together in relative luxury. Beautiful place, comfortable bed, stunning balcony. This place is not close to the town center, but that's what we wanted. And town is a quick ride away!

Efficient pick up at the airport, friendly and speedy check in. Business Centre was good too. The Location was a little bit far From the Pup Street but it was Ok cuz there were many Tuk Tuk stand by at the Front. I stayed on 2nd floor. Room was fine with all amenities. The executive lounge was much like any other but the staff were not much friendly. The breakfast here was OK.

Lovely hotel overall, The rooms are very spacious and well appointed - clean, with a nice bathroom and hot shower. The staff were all very helpful - the frontdesk team helped us with good restaurant and day trips. Organized our driver for the day and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. All of the other staff we encountered throughout our stay were also great, and always smiling.

The hotel was nice and was a great play to book a stay, All the staff were very friendly and hardworking. The room was pleasant and clean while the pool was refreshing with some drinks during happy hour promo. The Frontdesk team arrange trips for me in advance and helped me get ticket to the temples early as well. Will definitely be coming back to stay here !

Being at The Calm Oasis Hotel, I felt at ease staying there. I was very satisfied with the bed making. The room was a bit small but it was clean. loved it. Location was a bit far from the town but they had electric vehicles to transfer guests to the Town as well. front desk and staff service were friendly. Breakfast was also very delicious, everyone was kind, and I was able to dine comfortably.

It our 2th time staying at the The Calm Oasis. On this particular trip however we were lucky and we extend stayed for 2 nights more. Staffs were friendly. The Hotel also has their own electric vehicles to transfer guests to the town. They brought us there every evening. The breakfast was good we enjoyed our food.

The staff were extremely friendly, I'd definetely stay here again. Around the actual vicinity of the hotel there isn't a great deal to do mainly just for escape from all the hastle, however you can take a free ride to town to with electric car. Breakfast was superb - there was an amazing selection, try it yourself, everyone loved it so far.
