Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A great hotel baeutiful bedroomed. Staff are helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. My stayed 2 times during the course of my trip around Siem Reap. Excellent each time I stayed. Fabulous pool.!!

It's very clean and very scure hotel I really love it and even near the hotel you can find pubstreet easily . The staff are very friendly and polite they are always smiling, ohhh I loved the swimming pool and restaurant.!!

I stayed for one night and had a graet sleep. Breakfast was great. Staff in restaurant were very friendly. I didn't get to try the pool as my luggage didn't arrive with me but it certainly looked tempting from the poolside bar!!

We very much enjoy our stay. We booked one night. The room is clean and bathroom nice too. breakfast good. Here is also near to mall, shop and many restauarants. After did a private tour i booked spa. at midnight, we went to the crowded place(pub Street).

The Center point was very conveniently located, which helps a lot in the Siem Reap near pubStreet. Nice rooms, best restaurant with Khmer and Western food very attentive and friendly personal. An overall perfect stay!

I was staying at The Center Point one night, before travelling to Battambang. The stay was just perfect! So friendly staff, who helpful. Breakfast was SO good, Overall a fantastic stay. We would come back anytime!!

Best hotel experiences I have ever had during my asia country visit trips. The staff are the stand out at this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. Great location close to everything in central Siem Reap just around 10mins or under 20mins further away by foot. Pool is great to cool off after a day exploring with plenty of shades and seats for you to rest and relax. Rooms were clean and comfy, definitely what you need after a long day in the heat. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so pleasant.

We just loved our stay at this hotel. It was a great place to stay with helpful and friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help us with our every query. I like the pool cuz it's quiet. But sometime wasn't good because the children they made some noise. but it was okay cuz to long.

This is a place to always remember thanks to all that staff which make all this possible for us. The staff are dressed to blend into the styling of the hotel. They are very helpful and always have a smile. Rooms are clean and the bathroom also nice but it is a bit small.

This is a great hotel and is very reasonably priced. The staff were great all of which spoke English very well. You can also book a private tours such as Small Tour, Big Tour, Kam Pong Khleang, and Kam Pong pluk! Our room was very nice. We didn't get the breakfast included in our rate but it is worth a shout, we ended up enjoying the breakfast and adding the cost to the bill cause the food was great! Location is also good. It is near to the main City.

The Stairs are not comfortable for old people. No elevator so it is difficult to stay older and Disabled people in this hotel from 2nd floor to 4th floor.
Staff are very cordial and location is very nice.
