This hotel was a pleasant to stay in, The service provided by the staff was great !! they were attentive and very helpful with my request and were very informative with my question either about places to visit or what's around the areas. They made quick arrangement for my tour at 10AM and it was overall a fun experience and well priced. The room I stayed In was quiet and over nicely appointed. The pool in the hotel was lovely but I didnt get to use it. Can recommend anyone looking for a great stay in siemreap :)

First Time visiting cambodia wanting to see the temples in siemreap, needed a place to stay and this hotel was great, Its was overall great value for money. The room itself was clean and comfortable with great size bed and the room service was quick and easy to arrange, The staff were all very polite and attentive. The front desk team helped me get a early morning sunrise visit at the temples aroun 4:30AM to get going. It was a great experience. While the restuarant team was quick enought to arrange breakfast for me for the early visit. The pool was nice and overall great warm water temperature for me to go take a dip in the pool, there's many poolbeds and seating spot for you to rest as well. Look forward in coming back on a second stay next year !

The property wasn’t the easiest to see from the road as there was no sign outside

The property is in a great location just a short walk from market and pub street. The pool area is lovely with plenty of seating around and us next to the restaurant where you can get snacks and cocktails. The staff were able to arrange our transfer to Phnom Penh which was a lovely little mini bus. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, the bathroom is a wet-room

Lots of noise coming from the streets outside. No real hot water in the shower. Just warm water. Our first room smelled like cigarettes so we asked to change rooms which they did for the following nights.

Great location, clean, courteous staff , comfortable beds. Overall the price fits the quality.

Such a shame to wrote this as the hotel is lovely but, the bathroom was awful, had to be moved from our first room and second one wasn't much better. It was dirty. Also no lift, which was hard with bags and cases. And room wasn't cleaned daily.

Staff were all really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Pool area was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant food was exceptional. Located with walking distance of good restaurants and main area. There were also big seated areas outside the rooms on balconies which was nice.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was a very nice hotel for what I've paid for. Great service, excellent staff and wonderful hospitality. The room was very clean and the bath was nice too! the pool & the restaurant bar was very nice as well. The price is right too. Had a great short stay and I will definitely be back sooner than later !

Hotel with well-kept facilities, a very nice pool, and great staff ! They invited us to a cocktail and they have helped us in everything we have needed. The amenities are great, the rooms are spacious, and the room service is very responsive. The location is great if you wish to visit the city. Will definitely come again if I come to Cambodia again !!

This was the first hotel we stayed in on our visit to Siem Reap City. I was impressed with their service as at very short notice they had to arrange our pickup from the airport with a good price. Not much expensive. Breakfast was great too. We enjoyed visiting Angkor Temple as well. It was amazing.

We came here for the first part of our Cambodian holiday. The room is comfortable and the hotel was relatively quiet. The location is well situated within walking distance to many places by foot but there's many tuktuk waiting at the front of the hotel if you need to get a quick ride to somewhere, The room was nice and the pool was lovely, The service and the staff were great! they were all very friendly and very attentive. from entering the hotel, which i could not fault, the staff were the best that i have encountered in many hotels in europe the staff were there when you wanted anything and seemed happy to help. The location is fabulous, it is so close to everything you want to see nd do. The hotel is clean and the room was comfortable. The pool is lovely at the end of a busy day.

I come to stay this hotel with my wife and my little son. Top notch service - The staff are extremely helpful, the rooms are very comfortable, we loved the pool area and we enjoyed the wide range of breakfast foods available. One of the best hotels I have stayed in considering the price. I will definitely be returning here.
