The facilities and staff and location of The Jungle were excellent. They arranged an air conditioned mini van and tour guide for us during the Khmer New Year celebration. The tour guide was so knowledgeable and it made such a difference to have a guide during this busy time. We loved relaxing by the beautiful pool after a warm day of sightseeing. It was great to be in the centre of everything and yet have the oasis of calm once back at The Jungle. The staff were so helpful and kind. Our visit in Siem Reap was made memorable by our stay at The Jungle. Highly recommended.

Everything from beginning to end was exceptional we really appreciated the welcome drink and fruit on arrival, the staff were extremely friendly and kind Mr phy took care of us when we were feeling unwell and Mr Pheareak helped to organise our tours of angkor wat. Great food. The location is great a little oasis tucked away from the busy city centre and so quiet at night! Service was on point and overall nice atmosphere! Highly recommend

Can honestly say all the positive reviews are warranted. This is such a lovely idyllic property, great to come home to after a busy day, but close enough to the action to walk out to lunch or dinner and a multitude of options. Gorgeous staff, stylish rooms, so very happy we booked this one.

This hotel is excellent, the staff are so friendly and really helpful, you are welcomed every time you return from your trips with a lovely cool towel. The rooms are very spacious and very modern and clean. The pool is amazing just wanted you need after a hot day, a nice dip and plenty of sun beds. I had breakfast and an evening meal and both were very good. The location of the hotel is ideal as in walking distance to the main bar and restaurant . I would definitely come here again

We had an amazing stay at The Jungle. The location is perfect within walking distance of everything in town. The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable and the pool area was a great place to relax and unwind. All of the staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly welcoming us back to the hotel each time we returned from a day out. The water refill station and complimentary afternoon tea were great touches. Would recommend to anyone staying in Siem Reap!

The rooms are Very clean and spacious, also beautiful garden with lots of vegetation and swimming pool was a good size with plenty of sun lounges, situated in a quiet street, but only short walk into the busy areas and the night market , the staff were very friendly, and helpful, reasonable priced drinks and good food . We checked out in the morning,but we were still aloud to use the pool and store our bags in a safe place until we left that evening at 22:00 and they also arranged a tuk tuk to get us to our bus

I was staying in their other property The Urban and the staff Mr. Chang recommended me to stay at the jungle! And right from me arriving the welcome and the way they care you and treat you is amazing! Mr. PHY is such an amazing, humble, ever smiling , hard working person and Phereak was an awesome staff! The Kitchen staffs and all other housekeeping a big shout out to you all! Thanks for making my stay great !

We stayed for 4 nights - it's a lovely hotel, the staff are exceptional, our large room was clean, cool and comfortable with a balcony which had views over the lush garden and Siem Reap. The pool area was beautiful, with comfy sun-beds and pool towels. The hotel is very well located, only a short walk or tuk tuk ride to the centre. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return. Special mention to Rathana whose smile and kindness made our stay unforgettable!

Nothing to dislike, power in shower could be low certain times of day, probably when lots of people were showering at the same time.

I would really recommend this beautiful, clean property just walking distance to the centre of Siem Reap. Beautiful pool area, comfortable rooms/beds, fishpond, good food, fri afternoon tea (missed black tea but I didn’t ask) and snacks. Very good value for money. The staff are so helpful and kind and they keep the hotel and surroundings spotless. I would definitely stay here the next time I visit Siem Reap.
