Our stay at the Jungle was very enjoyable. All staff members were really kind, polite, and welcoming. Our room was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable, allowing us to have restful nights. Internet was working well in the rooms and in the lounge. Thanks to the fans (and AC in the room) we were always feeling comfortable despite the heath and humidity of the season. We had all our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel, as the dining area had a relaxing atmosphere and there was a variety of tasty meal options. The hotel also offered nice snacks for afternoon tea. We appreciated the kindness of the waitresses, as well as of the drivers who took us on tours. The hotel helped us arrange tuk-tuks to visit surrounding temples and a car to visit Kulen Mountain. Everything went very smoothly! The hotel also organized a pickup and drop off at the airport for us and the service was great. We were able to have our clothes washed at the hotel and the staff was available any time if we needed anything.

The pool closes at 9pm, but this wasn’t enforced by staff and our room was right by the pool. Kids were playing well into the night

Good location near the night market and short walk from pub street. The jungle is such a lovely hotel though and the staff are AMAZING. Really welcoming and helpful. Free afternoon tea, coffee and snacks and juice and coffee also offered free before we left. Made us feel really welcome and also very helpful in printing some visa documents for us as well. Definitely recommend

A Perfect Start to My Holiday in the Jungle I recently stayed at a beautiful jungle hotel in Cambodia, and it was the perfect start to my holiday! Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted with a refreshing cold beverage and fresh fruit. To my surprise, I was upgraded to a spacious room with a stunning pool view, which truly made my stay special. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, featuring high ceilings that added an elegant touch to the ambiance. I loved the artistic elements throughout the space, especially the bamboo accents on the ceiling and walls, which created a unique and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom was equally nice, showcasing thoughtful design with sustainable amenities, including biodegradable shower gel and toothbrushes wrapped in paper instead of plastic—an admirable commitment to eco-friendliness. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting me in booking tuk-tuks for my day tours and onward journey during my stay. Plus, laundry service is available, adding to the convenience. I also appreciated the option for early check-in and late checkout, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway in the heart of Siem Reap.

The Jungle has an amazing garden and pool, with an excellent location and staff. We hope to stay again! The food and cocktails were very good and convenient. Each room has a WiFi router with about 45Mbps, worked for video calls.

I loved the location just a few minutes walk to the action. The pool was absolutely lovely and so welcoming after a full day at Angkor Wat We ate twice at the property and the burger was without a doubt one of the best I ever had The staff and the property exceeded my expectations! There was nothing we didn't like. Service and all staff were exceptional and immediately made us feel at home and treat us as part of the family. Mr Chang looked after all our tour bookings and made sure our excellent tuk tuk driver, Mr Chea, was waiting for us each morning. He drove us everywhere and was always prepared with cold towels and water after a hot day. Mr Phat greeted us on arrival and checked each day we had everything we needed. All the staff were genuinely friendly and eager to help, they couldn't do enough for us. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Superb.

Breakfast choice covered everything, from local options to pancakes and full english breakfast. Location was superb. Five minute walk to Pub Street and all surrounding restaurants with tuk tuks readily available if you want to venture further afield.

There was some music in the evenings from a nearby restaurant but it did stop at a reasonable time. Quiet otherwise.

The pool and garden area were lovely - very refreshing and relaxing after being out all day. The room decor has a laid-back vibe with great design. Spacious room and comfortable bed. The hotel organised a car for us and Mr. Sarath spent the day showing us Angkor Wat and surrounding temples. Very friendly, informative about history and culture, and generally a pleasure to talk to! We would stay again.

A fabulous hidden gem, perfect location just a 5 minute wall from the restaurants, shops and spas of pub street. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and right at home with the friendly staff. My room was clean, modern and beautifully styled. Loved the swimming pool, perfect to relax around after a day exploring temples. The staff were super helpful in lending me a plug adapter, an umbrella and a complimentary late checkout to accommodate my evening flight. Highly recommend The Jungle.

Not often do the photos resemble the actual place, but this place is the exception. Room wonderful and clean. Beds comfortable. Pool area delightful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is great 8-10 minutes casual walk to Pub Street. Quiet location. Would recommend and a great price.😃😃😃
