I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The king sized bed was so comfortable with luscious soft pillows. The hotel is very clean and felt luxurious. Check in and out was quick and easy. They had a porter to help you take your bag to your room. They have a restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner.It’s nice and quiet but not far by taxis / tuktuk to anywhere. Highly recommend this place and would stay there again in my next visit .

Friendly and welcoming staff, reception speaks good english. Rooms are clean and even though the first room had some issues they where quickly taken care of within minutes but nothing to worry about. I have had no bad experience during my stay with this hotel.

Just a small thing but wish there were some restaurants a bit closer. It is walkable to the Night Market and the Pub Street area but the hotel restaurant was the only game in town on that street. Would also have been nice for breakfast to be included in room rate.

The staff were absolutely amazing. They were so polite, friendly and helpful. The pool was wonderful after a hot day at the temples. It was also great to have an onsite restaurant. Spacious and comfortable rooms with unlimited drinking water.

This place was awesome. Second time in Siem Reap and wished I would have stayed here the first time. Close to the Pup-Street so easy to get around. But again, it's the service that's sets itself apart. Everyone is extremely attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful 3-night stay at The Moon Residence and Spa in Cambodia. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism. They went above and beyond to organise our airport pick-up and made us feel so welcome with refreshing drinks upon arrival and even after check-out while we waited for our ride. The swimming pool was the perfect size and had cool water—a fantastic way to relax on 31-degree days. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated with a thoughtful touch to welcome my husband and me, which made our stay extra special. The hotel’s location is ideal—just a short walk to Pub Street and the night market, with plenty of ATMs, restaurants, and massage services nearby. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and excellent service throughout our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Moon Residence and Spa to anyone visiting Siem Reap!

The food was disappointing. The breakfast is a choice from 4 options; I would have liked to be able to mix and match but there was no flexibility to do so. I did ask but maybe it was a language barrier. The evening meal that I selected wasn't available and I did ask for a different type of rice from the menu to accompany my meal but instead got the rice dish as the main meal. I do wonder whether the meals are pre-made rather than freshly prepared. There were a few issues in the room; a light bulb that had blown, a cushion missing from one of the chair backs and the TV didn't work, (for which they did apologise).

The whole hotel was beautiful. The pool area is so tranquil. You would never guess what was behind the doors from the street. We only had 2 nights - I wish it could have been longer.

By far the best hotel we had during our trip through Thailand and Cambodia. This little hidden compound is quiet and beautiful. The staff team is very attentive, the rooms are big and clean and equipped with everything you need.

We had a great stay, the team were all so lovely and welcoming. Lovely resort style amenities that was more intimate given the boutique size, perfect sized pool for a cool down after a hot day and short walk to pub street. Would recommend and stay again!

Pool area was very nice. Although it was interested to follow, how some parents didn't let children to disturb others, and the others just didn't care at all. Peaceful situation so near of everything.

The water in the shower was warm, but not hot. Not a major issue as it's mostly hot weather outside.

The hotel room was spacious, bright and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful in organising things. We booked a private tuk tuk driver through the hotel (called Vanna) to take us around for three days, to explore the temples (small tour, big tour and lady temple). Vanna was very friendly and shared some of his life stories in cambodia. He also provided us with some background/ context on the temples we saw as we were driving around. I would highly recommend taking a tour with him. The hotel is located within a short walking distance (around 8-10 mins) to the city centre (pub street, old Market etc) so was able to walk everywhere.
