It was ‘OK’ in every way. Breakfast was very limited, staff were always at the front desk but we didn’t see them at any other point (no option to have room cleaned)

Not a fan of the shower, the shower head was barely fixed to the wall so have to hold it in your hand most of the time. Also has a lot of potential when it comes to amenities; could use hand soap and cuter looking showergel and shampoo. My room was on the second floor closer to the street, so there is quite a lot of noise from mopeds etc. Just good to be aware of.

Perfect location, very central. The people working here are very friendly and warm. Bed is big and comfortable.

The lighting is a bit weak

The staff is very friendly, the location great and the bed comfortable. The hotel itself is cool, it just needs a tiny bit of maintenance. Breakfast was included but basic.

Good location, walking distance from the palace and the river. Some nights they have concerts downstairs, but they were always finished by the time we went to sleep (with young children), so overall no noise at night.

The stairs to the second floor are very steep and too narrow for Westerner's feet. You have to be careful.

The guest house is in a quiet street behind the palace. There are many bars and cafes only 5 mins walk away. Our room on the second floor facing the street was in good condition, with a table and chairs on the shared balcony. You can choose an omlette, scrambled eggs or Asian food for breakfast. A coffee was not included and cost $2. For the price it is good value for Phnom Penh.

As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable and loved that they had 24/7 staff at reception. Staff were friendly and efficient. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Location was great -within a few minutes walking distance to central spots/city centre. They have live music every second week at the hotel- was really beautiful and enjoyable .Really was the cherry on top of a lovely stay !

Breakfast: : nothing special at all The receptionist adviced me tò take a specific bus Company, he offered tò sort out the ticket for me. The day of my departure I found out the he booked trough an travel agency( so I have to pay more) and I didn t take the bus Company he adviced me tò take. SO BUY The bus ticket yourself and not Ask at the reception

At one evening the neighbors were quite loud. But I best left for the evening and everything was fine.

I really liked my room. It is the same as one of the bad reviews in here. Since you can just close the drapes nobody from outside can see you. Also the bathroom was perfectly fine. The dark spots on the silicon are normal in a humid climate and nothing you can really do about. So in total I had a great stay and also the location was really good, because there was not a lot of traffic in this road.

Quite insignificant, but, although the majority of the staff was super friendly and welcoming, there was a lady that could improve her attitude.

The hotel is in a very central location, right next to the river and the palace, so it was very easy to move around on foot. The room was quite clean and spacious and overall a very good value for money. They also offer a basic la carte breakfast at a very small cost, which adds to the overall comfort.

Come on folks. Green tea with breakfast? Where was the coffee? Even a sachet of coffee would be acceptable.

Pictures of the place were deceiving. The steep stairs is hazardous for guests. There were holes and cracks in the ceiling in the room..The towels were grey(!). The cord to the kettle did not reach the socket. Disappointing as a little more thought would have made the place nice.

No hot water for the entire stay. This is somewhat usual in more rural areas with poor infrastructure but in the city I don’t think it should be the case. At least one other room also didn’t have hot water.

I was at 2nd floor and the stairs are quite steep, there's no elevator.

- Good location, just behind the royal palace; - Very kind and helpful staff, the last day since I checked out early in the morning the guy at the reception prepared for me a sandwich take-away for breakfast; - Very comfy bed and pillows, everything was clean; - Free water refill; - Breakfast has different options and they were all very tasty but coffee is not included.

The hotel is quite run down. The ceiling in my room was leaking.. the aircon wasn't working properly - didn't change the fan speed. Saturday night there was a huge party in the tiny lobby - very hard to get rest. Overall - it's very overpriced.

The staff is amazing. Breakfast is included and amazing - freshly cooked to order. The location is good - close to royal palace, 5 minutes walk.
