South KoreaIt was easy to get to, but the location was in a quite area, if you want a quiet area then this is the perfect place.
The size of the room was amazing, the beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was really clean, there were so many towels and water bottles provided. Check-in was done via a kiosk terminal at the entrance. Great hotel well worth the price.

SingaporeAutomated check-in did not let us do an early check-in, as there was some error. The waiting area before you check-in is very warm in the summer.
The room is clean and spacious. It was quiet even though we were near the lift. A comfortable and huge bed made our stay very nice. The staff were helpful and had a translation app to make communication easy, they were able to help us with our early check-in. The toilet is also very clean and the bottled bath and shower gels had nice scents. There is a underground pathway near the hotel (outside the convenience store) which is a direct connection to Euljiro 4(sa)-ga Station, so you can escape the heat and rain.

RomaniaWe had issues with our check in procedure (the kiosk machine errored) and we had to wait 15-20 mins for someone to assist us (the reception is mainly empty and there is someone there only for a couple hours a day) and further 30 mins for the issue to be fixed. The empty reception was also an issue in our last say as we wanted to weigh our baggage and we had to wait around an hour for someone to come to the reception. There is a phone number available to call, but for us at least the roaming was very very expensive so we couldn’t. A messaging option would be very useful. There were a few stains on the carpet in the room and one day I noticed the sheets used for the bed (which were changed daily) were torn.
Fairly good location, about 7 mins walk to nearest subway station and about 30 mins walk to Myengdong. Plenty of space in the room and very comfortable bed. Water provided daily (2 bottles of 500ml) by the cleaning staff.

AustraliaWe didn’t realise that reception was only there from 1pm onwards each day, so we were struggling when we got there early and wanted to drop our bags off. Luckily when we came back at 1pm, the man at the desk let us check in early.
We stayed at this place for three nights and the location was brilliant! Close to busan station so it was easy to visit landmarks in that area. The bang for your buck was amazing. We had a small bath in our bathroom which was unexpected.

Singaporefront desk is not manned most of the time. But that was not a major problem.
We stayed in a family suite ( 2 double beds). As the hotel does not have 24/7 front desk, we were a little apprehensive about the keyless check-in. But luckily front desk was manned. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel location is 10 min. walk to two metro stations but there are no eateries nearby. Amenities were good. Daily towel change and room make up. On the top flooe there is water dispenser ( free of charger) and washing machine dryer ( chargeable).

PolandThere were some stains on the chair, no towel hangers around washbasin area. Written communication with staff was not very accommodating. They told me that I can store my luggage after check-out but it might get stolen.
Very specious room, enough lighting, comfortable design, extremely comfortable bed. Wifi worked well and there was enough space for remote work. Even though it’s not located in top area, it’s so close to subway, to design center and to endless stream-park area, which is great for walk. Considering food it’s close to traditional market where you can get so much delicious food.

United StatesView was of an alleyway. Staff were there only part time during the day. Front desk reception did not speak much English. Only one elevator and it would be stuck on one floor for very long periods of time (sometimes hours). Rooms were not the cleanest.
Rooms were very spacious. Convenient location to many things. Electronic keys were a bonus!

RomaniaThe room we had, had the windows facing another building that was very close, like 1 meter from the window, but air and light was coming in the room and since we were there only in the mornings and late at night, it didn’t bother us too much.
Location was pretty good with about 5 minutes to walk from the Euljiro subway station, a CU at 1 min, Gwangjang market at around 6 minutes walking distance. There’s a coffee shop at the ground floor of the hotel and an outdoor terrace where smoking is permitted. Self check-in was easy, no key, just a code or a webpage for opening hotel door and room door. The room is big, cleaning ok and you get 2 water bottles everyday. Compared to the other big hotels around, the price here was the best.

the hotel is really new, good, clean and comfy. the room is rather large compared to other places. They fills the room with teas and water everyday which is awesome. The staffs are barely at the front but attentive to your need if you could find one.

MalaysiaIve booked here for the second time, location wise personally i love it not to crowded. Walkable to Gwanjang Market and Dongdaemun (DDP plaza) If you come from Seoul Station and with luggage i would suggest to stop at Euljiro-3ga Exit5 little bit far from hotel but if with luggage its better using lift but if you dont have luggage use exit7-8 the exit is very close to hotel. For the room i booked the room with 2double bed more space and the room is soo comfortable. I love the fact they have smart key you can access the door and check out just using your phone. The have area you can store luggage (locker) but limited They have hair dryer,mineral water,towel,and most importantly they have bidet. Ill definitely book here again

United StatesThe lights don’t light up the whole room/sink area so it is a bit dark. The shower water was cold sometimes or only heated up after being on for 15 minutes. Also the shower head makes the water very prickly on the skin so it is uncomfortable to shower
