United StatesThe lobby was on the 19th floor. When I arrived by taxi I opened the door and found an empty room with the elevators. There was a tiny sign to tell you where to look for the lobby. I had a city tour booked the next morning and I had to stand and wait for them to arrive because there were no chairs in the ground floor room.

SingaporeI booked the suite room, initially it has three bath robes which for me is just right since the rate is not so cheap ( i mean, a little upgrade for their old towels wouldn't hurt right? breakfast is not even included yet) on the 2nd day i told the front desk that the lady cleaner just bring in replacement for our towels but not the robes, she did not even clean the toilet and sink, to my surprise the guy said that they don't usually includes robes in their rooms. I was like, really?? i booked the suite room and you can't provide robes? maybe he saw i was irritated with his answer and said he will take note of my issue. when we returned to our room after being out the whole day, i called the reception again since the robes still wasn't replaced. the lady at the other line said that i should get it from the lobby as all the cleaners are already off for the day. i was like, i requested it early in the morning! after staying for three nights no robes were seen in our room. i could have just chosen a better hotel with the same rate but with good customer service. (breakfast is just so so, i do not suggest it. they no longer refill even if it is still an hour before the end of the breakfast timing)
the location is no doubt to be convenient. the transportation from hotel going back to the airport is just a few meters walk from their location via airport limousine.
