Tall hotel we were on the 49th floor!! Large apartment with view of the sea , 10 mins walk to beach 20 mins to blue line , plenty of restaurants outside

Great value as a full apartment with washing machine and cooking facilities. Would avoid higher floor though as there are only 4 lifts (15min wait at busy times). Breakfast was Ok but not much variety.

Very convenient location, 3min walk to Haeundae station with elevator exit 7, seaview 34th floor, clean & spacious. Good daily housekeeping with clean towels. Clean washer. 24hr eatery serving homely Korean food at reasonable prices. CU & Compose at entrance.

Lobby located on 6/F. Elevator were pretty slow.

Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy walk to the beach and street food market. Clean apartment with comfy bed and nice view. Washing machine in the unit was helpful.

Very good location close to famous Haeundae Beach, literally on the metro network plus huge number of restaurants, including street food in the market. Room had everything we needed for self-catering and hotel also had a laundry room. It was really nice to visit a very modern city but still fundamentally Korean at street level..

Nothing particular except the longue queue for elevators but quite common for a 42th floors building.

It was the 3rd time I went there and as every time I have enjoyed it. The location is just perfect, right next to the Haeundae subway station, right at the corner of the main street with plenty of restaurants and shops, and 5-7min to the beach by walk. The rooms are spacious, clean and with everything you need for a short but also a long stay. It includes even a washing machine. The staff allowed a slightly earlier check-in (were lucky cause there were available rooms) and we opted for a late check-out that you have to pay for of course but it is good option if you travel a bit later in the afternoon but you still want to enjoy a bit more the beach. Otherwise, the front desk enables you to leave your luggages before check-in and after check-out if needed .

No good sea view at 16/F. The heater and the air conditioner are not easy to control. The floor was always hot and the air conditioner was not cool enough.

The location is good that can directly arrived from underground MRT. The area of room is very large.

Love the wooden furnishing and homely feeling. Thankful that staff gave a free upgrade as the balcory in the studio i booked had a spoilt door that could not lock. The one bedroom was just right in terms of space and how furniture was placed in the kitchen, will book that next time! Kitchen was well equipped for simple cooking. Room has sufficient blackout curtain. Housekeeping lady was considerate and discreet, giving the things i needed when i had the do not disturb sign up. Quiet environment and my lift wait was not as bad as some of the reviews. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Had a difficult time finding hotel as lobby is on 6th floor and there is limited signage. Elevators are incredibly slow, sometimes taking 10-15 min to get down or up.

House keeping was inconsistent and hallways to access room were uninviting. Kitchenware provided is minimal (e.g., no wine glasses, mixing bowl). Cooking was doable, but would recommend bringing some of the basics along.

Great location. Easy to access subway, beach, attractions, get Uber Taxi pickup & join tours at exit 5. The fitness facility was a bonus and was never busy which was nice.

I was a bit skeptical to book this place considering it doesn't show the photos specifically for the room type you are booking and if I saw the photos I probably wouldn't have booked. We booked the Ocean Premier Family Suite Room - high floor and the layout of the room was a bit disappointing. The main reason for booking an apartment was to have more space, but for this room the two beds (one double and one single) were in a small bedroom right next to each other the same as in a hotel room. The bathroom was separate to the bedroom and you had to walk through the kitchen to get to the bathroom. Our bathroom had a shower bath (which is not shown in any of the photos provided by this property).

I read a lot of reviews about the wait time for the lifts but we had zero issues with this (we stayed here mid June). I was also confused by having breakfast included in our booking as we booked an apartment, but there is a buffet breakfast on the 6th floor. The coffee machine at breakfast only allows you to make an espresso, no option for a cappuccino.

A bit outdated. Location is great if you want to stay close to the beach but a bit far from the centre.

Spacious and clean rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is ok, plenty of options. Very close to restaurants and bars which stay open after midnight.
