Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaComfy space with a nice big tv. Shower was a bit broken so had to duck to fit under the head. Power kept going out every so often each night which was quite annoying. Staff helped transport us to the train station which was very lovely of them.

SwedenThe hotel does not offer breakfast, which we knew from the information.
A nice clean room with a double bed. The room was equipped with a small refridgerator, water kettle, TV, and AC. The rooms exceeded expectations set by the surrounding area. There is a nearby bus stop which vcan be reached directly from the airport. The railway station is only a few bus stops away.

AustraliaThe room was quite small. Barely had space to have 2 suitcases opened at once. No lifts or slopes so you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs. Low security, anyone could enter the hotel doors. Our room was right by the back entrance. One night around 11.40pm I heard someone play with the room's electronic lock and rattle the door handle hard which was quite a frightening experience.
The hotel was located around within 10 minutes walk to Nam Dae Mun Market and around 15 minutes walk to Myeong Dong which made it convenient to get there without having to take the train or bus. Also lots of food options on the same street as the hotel. Coin laundry just up the road if needed. Staff was friendly. Helped us hold our luggage as we arrived early from the airport.

SerbiaMaybe some travelers will be bothered by the fact that the building does not have an elevator, but it was not a problem for me.
The hotel greatly contributed to the exceptional experience in Seoul. It is located in a quiet street, which is hidden from large tourist crowds and yet is rich in content. This was very useful to rest after long days exploring Seoul. Near the hotel, there are several restaurants open until late, a large store, a laundromat and other useful businesses. The entrance to the metro station is just a few minutes walk away, which connects this location well with the rest of the city. And nearby there are bus stations with bus lines that run to all the most important locations around the city. On the way to the station, there is a 24-hour "C U Mart" where you can quickly top up your T Money card and buy basic necessities at any time of the day. In short, I liked: - Excellent location of the hotel, well connected, within walking distance of Meyeodong Street, Namdaemun Market and Namsan Tower. - Affordable price on Booking - The air conditioner in the room was rich in options and quickly conditioned the space - The room we got was very quiet, with a very comfortable bed and sleeping in it was a real pleasure - Although the hotel staff did not speak English well, they tried to answer every question and meet every request we had. Using the Papago application, we communicated without any problems

CambodiaI didn't like that there were no elevator, only stairs, just because I had a big bag, but that was about it.
The location is great. The hotel is a little hidden from the main road, but I enjoyed my stay overall. The room was fairly spacious for just one person, and the bathroom was big. The staff were helpful and carried my bag up to my room for me upon check-in. The 12pm checkout time is also very handy. Overall, nice stay here!

AustraliaWe knew in advance that there is no elevator, the Hotel advises you when you book. Two flights up to the top floor, but this was good exercise, and they helped with the bags. If you read a bad review on cleanliness and/or staff (similar timeframe to me), ignore it. The problem was NOT the hotel and it's staff.
Rated as 3-star, this is a great place to stay. Location is fantastic, staff are lovely, and it is great value for money. 20 places to eat within 3 min walk, supermarket across the road, 5 mins to Namdaemun markets, 1 station away from Seoul Station, and easy to get to many must see places in Seoul. The building is very well insulated, so the temperature inside is pleasant, and there is very little noise even if the window is open. So you can have fresh air in your room. The room and stairwells have lovely Korean decor.

SingaporeThe glass & see thru bathroom door may not be ideal for friends. Cleanliness can be improved as the table top is pretty dusty.
Excellent location, walking distance to Seoul Station, Namsan and Myeongdong. Bed is comfortable and the room is decent size for single occupant. Overall, it is still value for money for the location.

IranIt doesn’t have elevator just make sure you are ok to go upstairs and also there was an old soap in our bath which is a bit disgusting.
The location is so good and close to main attractions in Myeongdong and price is reasonable . Anyway, it’s a budget hotel so you shouldn’t expect service and location was enough for us.
