This hostel is one the best in Seoul. The breakfast is very good. It is very clean. The staff is very friendly.

The place was super creepy and dirty, the sheets where clean but everything else is dirty. Hated the showers and common spaces, you don’t want to chill out there. And the workers where not nice at all. The price is way to much for what you get, I hated staying there, wouldn’t recommend.

The location is good, pretty close to a lot of touristic places but I’m not a fan of myeondong, it’s not the best neighbourhood in Seoul.

There was nothing I liked about this hotel. It was the tiniest hotel room tbst I have stayed in my entire life. I paid a bomb in my currency. All I got for the room price was a box. There was no moving as space at all. No space at all to keep our luggage. I paid the same price for best western primer airport hotel. That was a fantastic hotel. Stepp inn I felt was a real rip off for my malaysian currency.

A very good hotel , very good location in the heart of Myeongdong Stuff are very helpful and they speak English so good . Room is small but was enough for me and my daughter So a good price for value and I recommend it 100%

Room was clean but the reception and dining area were too messy. There were people's luggage scattered around. Room was very small with no window. Air con would work for a while and then stop. It got too hot at night. Reception staff wasn't very helpful.

The hotel staff was incredibly forthcoming. For some reason I was really forgetful during my stay in korea. I forgot my stuff everywhere, which, being a generally well prepared person, just never happens to me. On my last day, with my stuff loaded into the taxi already, I realized that I lost my one and only credit card. With the help of the staff that not only checked the trash for me, I found it at the store I last went to. The staff member not only explained the issue to my taxi driver, but also waited for me at the store in question and explained it to the cashier. We found it. Apart from all staff members being very friendly and providing good service, they are well versed in english and really cater towards the needs of their guests.

Location was very central, so you are close to everything. The room was clean, as well as the bathroom. The room had air conditioning, wifi and TV. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient and nice. The staff was great and helpful, always with smiles on their faces. Would definitely stay there again.

The common women washroom and showroom were disgusting. When I had to use the toilet in the middle of night which is right next to the elevator, there are people who were throwing up which I did not want to use the toilet the next day. All the sinks are clogged when you start using the water within 30 seconds, and they are all covered with shaved hair, dirty residues and etc. Yuck. I wish someone clean their women's sinks, and toilets at least three times a day because their one washroom on their 16th floor are shared by at least 20 people from the same floor.

I liked the fact that they had two espresso machines in the common room. But other than that I did not have time to try out their breakfast, they were serving toasts, cereals, and that's about it

When I arrived, the instructions and explanations that were given were a little bit confusing. But then everything was fine !

Very nice guesthouse. I booked a bed in the female dormitory. The good point is that you can check in until midnight which can be useful if you have a late flight. The employees were really kind and they let me stay a 2nd night in another room as it was a last minute request and the first room was already fully booked. As my bagpack was delayed at the airport, the reception contacted me as soon as my luggage was delivered to the guesthouse.

The staff is not willing to help find a taxi unless you are going to the airport. We were changing hotels and had to struggle for 1h with all our luggages before finding a taxi The uper bed was right below the AC which had a big hole under it

I think the breakfast did not have enough variety. Often times, the rooms were not clean after coming back each day. The pictures online could be updated a bit to be more accurate.

I enjoyed the flexibility and welcoming essence of the staff entirely. They accommodated to my needs in a timely manner. The location was perfect! It made me feel safe a secure as a solo traveler, and as soon as you walk out of the building, you are met with the crowd and great energy of the area. Absolutely perfect spot to stay at if you are looking to be in the middle of everything in Seoul

I was a solo traveler and stayed in the "4-Bed Female Dormitory Room". The beds were quite comfortable but were different from the photos. The privacy curtains looked very different and did not provide as much privacy as the ones in the photos. The shared toilets and showers were very dirty. Every time I went into the toilets or showers, there was hair and/or bodily fluids everywhere. Some of the doors did not have properly functioning locks and there was very limited space to get changed. The water temperature in the showers was very temperamental and would go from extremely hot to extremely cold often. Some of the showers had very low water pressure as well.

The location was by far the best point about this property. You are right in the main streets of Myeongdong within close walking distance of so many shops and food. The staff were quite helpful and were very knowledgeable about the local area so are quite approachable if you needed any advice.
