after 10pm, concierge is alone. you have to get extra amenities from the lobby yourself. bathroom is small and outdated. Bathroom floor very slippery and no countertop for you to put your toiletries.

Location is nice. Lots of restaurants around and very near train station and myeongdong center. 711 just below the hotel.

You would have to buy your own provided from a vending machine it's not privided. Water pressure in the shower in the restroom is strong. You might get the whole restroom wet if you are not careful.

Location was prime for us. It was near everything we needed to survive (food comvienent stores abd rssturabrs, clothing, and easy transportation access). Rooms were spacious, and the hotel smelled very nice.

The room was super hot, we tried to lower the temp of the room by adjusting the control panel but still It was super warm and there’s no window in our room where we can open it just to cool down the room

Hotel located near euljiro 1 -ga station . Only 3mins walk from station . Walking distance to line 4 subway as well , about 4-6mins away . Myeongdong night market just 1-2mins away . Lots convenient store, cafe and restaurants outside the hotel .

The shower head cannot turn, so need to hold it when shower or else the whole toilet will wet. Cecilig light is too bright, the switch are unable to control, mean i cant swtich on 1 n off the other one

Excellent location, great staff help, everything about this place was lovely besides one thing… the beds. They are awful. I have never slept on a more uncomfortable mattress. The pillows were also terrible. We has nothing but back pain and sore necks the entire week.

Their free shuttle was not operating due to 'COVID'. Their breakfast that was included during our stay was just alright. They had the same food everyday and there wasn't much selection. They had a bar soap as their hand soap in the room which was a bit cheap. Almost got scammed via their webchat support, it was not the hotel requesting payment but a 3rd party. That was scary.

The location ! Accessible to train n. Airport limo service. Front desk service is good and they accommodated with my early check in request coz I arrived in the morning. Very accommodating!
