central of myeongdong shopping district. everything was walkable from namsan tower and other tourist attractions. keep in mind walking distance I would say is around 15-30mns walk

The central location, the hotel facilities for luggage storage and the friendly and helpful Rception/Information staff. Also the free introductory Americano coffee from the cafe next door.

the breakfast was so poor and boring, every day the exact same thing, no fruits, no cakes, too simple; the princess room is not worthy, is so simple; the staff used to be more friendly, maybe they are stressed out, but i have stayed here before, and was better.

We stayed in a room on the "Princess floor", but there was a pillar in the room, which took up 1/5th of the room, so we were very cramped with 2 large suitcases. I didn't find a "makeup area", maybe it was supposed to be the mirror in front of the elevators of each floor?

Great location, in the middle of a busy shopping center. There is a night market one street over that sells delicious food. Subway and bus stations are less than 5 minutes walk. The room is very clean, and the staff is very nice. They even offered to store our luggage after we checked out, as long as we came back before midnight on the same day.

thin walls- I could hear the neighbors talking loud

I like that the cleaning lady replaces the towels and water bottles every time and there is a water dispenser outside the hotels rooms.

Just a warning because you can hear the other guest in their rooms laughing and talking late at night. Turned on the TV to drown out their voices. Make sure you get a card key for Skypark II if you plan to do laundry. Don't use the stairway because it has a bad oder.

I loved that the shower head was very powerful. We were on the 3rd floor. Room was clean and provided all the toiletries including rubber house slipper and robe. Hot and cold water cooler on every floor and ice machine in the lobby. Hot pot for boiling water in the room for with coffee and tea and great to make cup ramen from the 7-11 across the street. Near the Airport Limousine bus stiom Euljiro 1 station and Myeongdong Station about 8 min. walk. Convenient for taxi pick-up. Lucky Ducky Cafe 50% off coffee for guest. Free luggage storage. 3 elevators bc Skypark II only has one elevator. Laundry service available at the Skypark II. Staff was friendly and helpful.

TV instructions was in Korean, and I can't excess some movies as require for confirmation of 19 years age above. The front desk should give an English instructions how to operate the movie channels for movies above 19 years old when checking in as an adult ...
