Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyBreakfast is a Desaster. Less service than McDonalds. The unfriendly Service lady asked us to clean out Desk. Not quite normal for a 4 Star hotel. Only few choices, which were identical all 7 days. Beside this: rooms are very small.
Super central and clean.

United KingdomThe whole breakfast thing is a bit of a scam imo, probably the worst breakfast I ever had that I paid for.The photos have nice dishes but reality is that there was just a couple of school cafeteria type basic dishes and they run out of food before 9.30 and staff wont restock as their rule is after 9.30 no restocking even if breakfast ends at 10. So we paid for the meal but got very little for it because it all ran out right before we got in at 9.30. Also there is just one coffee machine and had to queue 10mins for a tiny cup of coffee since bigger ones were dirty out and they didnt restock. Staff in breakfast was not helpful or polite and didn't realise we had to take out all dishes ourselves and got shouted about that! For the same money you will get a nice breakfast in a tasty cafe. The washing machines etc are in the other building and out key card didnt work there. In general no hotel info in the room or anywhere else really which sucked (maybe a corona thing). They also dont have any room service, which is nowadays a standard in even three star hotels.
The location is great and the staff is very helpful. The room is small and we had no view whatsoever, just some back wall pipes but at least the room was very clean. It was good to have a kettle and a mini fridge in the room and they also provided free water daily.

NorwayThis hotel offers a breakfast, but it is a very simple breakfast with very limited offer. There is not any typicall american breakfast but a simple breakfast with very little offering.
This hotel is central in Seoul and nearby all public transport you need to get around in the city. The tourist information center is also nearby the hotel so it is very good hotel. The room where great and the room cleaning was also very good.

SingaporeTiny triple room. No sofa/seat and table in the room. The only table is the small dressing table for everything. The cupboard is too small for 3. Not enough power sockets for laptop and phone charging.
Close to Euljiro 1 station, about 2 mins walk. MyeongDong walking street is nearby. Although room is small, overall it is clean. Bathroom is big enough and toilet with bidet seat. Helpful staff to help us arrange taxi to airport.

We encountered a problem with the room which was not really fit for our needs. The wonderfull Mr. Park at the central front desk did way more than expected to find us a solution and thanks to him we had a wonderful stay. made us feel we got VI personal sevice.

South KoreaThe beds were (as expected in Korea) rather on the hard side, but the pillows were soft and comfortable. The control panel on the wall that controls the air con and lights etc kept turning on all night long our second night, even after we turned it off and it has a VERY bright light. One of my biggest pet peeves in hotels is unnecessarily bright lights in the room at night as they always keep my daughter awake, so the first night was great as it had the option to turn it off and there was no light on the air con as the unit was hidden in the windowsill and not on the ceiling, so it was nice and dark the first night! Not sure how many people will care about this, but it's something I always wish I could check before booking a hotel!
Great size family room with two double beds, both against a wall on one side which is a huge bonus when staying with our 2 year old who is prone to falling out of bed. Family room is conveniently located very close to the lift/elevator but there is no noise from other rooms at all. Hotel location was perfect, in the heart of Myeongdong but not noisy, walking distance from two separate subway stations. Direct links to both Seoul Station and Lotte Aquarium as well as other places worth visiting with children. Room has a bath tub which is great for little ones and a very powerful shower.
