Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PhilippinesOnly one elevator. And no full length mirror. My friend claims the heater was so hot despite changing the settings but the room has a window you can open for extra ventilation. Didnt bother me though.
The location is very convenient.. many cafes, restaurants, shops, street food, malls and the tourist center was just beside it. Most tour groups have myeongdong station as a meeting point and it was within a short walking distance- convenient since we dont have to wake up early to commute and saves us on the fare too. I also liked that the room came with a tub and a proper shower curtain which seems to be rare in smaller hotels in Seoul. The toilet also has a bidet. Finally at a time when most hotels no longer provide breakfast, it was nice to get a takeaway for breakfast or for snacks even if it’s the same everyday. There’s also a hot and cold water dispenser at the hallway.

ThailandMost of the staff could speak basic English but there is one staff whose English is really difficult to understand, and when I ask him to speak again he felt annoyed and spoke in not a friendly way to the guest (me). However, the very old uncle (old staff) at the door seems to be the most helpful person and friendliest one, he speaks basic English but tries his best all the time to help all guest! LOVE HIM!
Good location just 1 minute walk you will arrive Euljiro1 station, and everything in the hotel is super clean and comfy.

United Arab EmiratesThe first room I recieved was exceptionally small. As in no place to even walk around the bed and this was the deluxe twin. After I requested a bigger room though the staff were very kind and helpful and got me a larger room of the same type at no extra charge
The hotel is well maintained and looks as if it had been recently refurbished. The coin laundry and free lockers on B2 were a huge advantage for me. The area is very central and its easy to get around.

SingaporeHairdryer was faulty and had sparks when switched on, but staff replaced it with a new one. Double bed was also two single beds pushed together, not super comfortable but acceptable
Great location and very central, close to 2 subway stations. Free takeaway breakfast (however it's the same everyday). Small room but sufficient for two and value for money given location and price. Very clean toilet.

BahrainThe Front desk agents are not very friendly. Can sometimes be rude maybe because its a peak season wherein there is too much guests coming in and out of the hotel. Elevator in Skypark 2 takes a while since there is only 1.
Location! Very accessible to everything! Triple Room was enough for us to move around and even kept most luggages open and still have space. Coin laundry was a bonus! The Ahjussi Luggage assist people was very nice and accommodating and can even speak good English. Even with a mask, you can see their smiling faces.

Singaporenothing.
our family room was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 grownups teens. the king bed and 2 twin bed were segmented to give a little privacy in a small space. Basement space was great with tables for a proper sit down meal with packed food, while waiting for our laundry. Laundry was reasonably priced. Favourite of this hotel is the location within minutes walk to 2 different metro lines (Euljiro 1-ga and Myeongdong station) which gives easy access to many tourist places. Many food options surrounding this hotel. Staff were friendly and speaks English.

RomaniaBreakfast was a joke. One of the reasons I reserved this place was because it mentioned it included breakfast. The breakfast that was included was actually a take away bag that had the same poor content every day (we stayed for 11 days). Besides this, the "breakfast" was available only between 7 and 9.
Clean place and nice staff. Access to self-laundry.

SingaporeVery very small space, barely can open up my luggage fully; major downside was that there was only 1 lift that access my level and it’s mostly crowded with people and that the lift is fully loaded and cannot accept more people although it may be half filled - might have to wait a bit for the lift
